Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

Amazing dealership. Not only with initial purchase, but taking care of you with service afterwards when needed. I have heard a ton of horror stories about many dealerships and this one is hands-down the best. I bought my Telluride in 2021 and still today work with and see the same folks that were there before. Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
