Richardson Ford Inc.Reviews
Richardson Ford Inc. review
My experience with Richardson Ford was great. Found the car I wanted on Sunday, contacted Norman on Monday and Thursday it was in my driveway. The people were friendly, easy to work with. I had the same car previously so I didn’t need to test drive it. I live over an hour from the dealership, they had their drivers bring it to me. Paul found me a good finance offer. I would definitely recommend Richardson Ford to everybody.

Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greenbrier review
Phil and his team always does a great job taking care of my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. Just had some recall work done. They hook me up with a Rent-A-Car, but we’re done super quick. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else, even though I pass several Chrysler dealerships on the way.
2025 RAM 1500 review
2026 Limited with Hemi. When you accelerate it sounds and feels like a warm buzz in your belly. It isn't a street racer, but it still goes like xxxx. They are getting rid of the eTorque in 2027, but who cares: it is fully covered until 2036. The 5.7 is the most reliable engine they ever made, and 19 mpg overall is pretty good milage. The Limited ride is so smooth it feels like it floats. The 1/4-3/4 rear bed-door and ram boxes add convenience for all sorts of things. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is a luxury ride.

We bought a Rogue today and were so impressed with Craig Adams. He was extremely diligent in finding us a good SUV match. We had many questions and Craig was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. We typically dread new car buying but today's experience was very refreshing. Great job, Craig Adams! You are a true asset to the Nissan dealership!

I was greeted immediately... My issue was checked right there... Car was fit into schedule... Car was out by the time they said it would be. Facility was nice and as I waited I decided to look at other vehicles and then ended up buying another one. Megan took excellent care to show me all the details and answer my questions. Excellent service on both sides of sales and service.

I must say, the car buying experience with VW of Cary, exceeded my expectation of quality service. At no point I felt pressured into buying a vehicle. Darrius Purnell, Salesman Extraordinaire, really did a remarkable job of just being a “regular everyday person” free from suits and rigid customer service. Sales Manager Brandon was Fantastic with paperwork and locking me into a better rate for financing than my bank lender!!! I’m a VW Customer for Life!! Thank You VW of Cary, Darrius, Brandon, and the whole team in Cary!

Gosch Ford of Temecula review
Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Rhinelander Auto Group review
Rhinelander was very friendly and easy to work with! They were able to schedule a test drive less than 12 hours ahead of time. They were very knowledgeable of the vehicle, were very fair on trade-in value, and worked through several different payment options with me. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Thank you to Dylan and Edward for helping my mom buy her car. From the moment we waked in to the hand shake good bye, these two gentlemen were professional, understanding and caring. They never pushed my mom into a car she did not want or go beyond her price point. They made us feel heard and cared for. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Ron Marhofer Chevrolet review
My vehicle is only two years old but I’ve reached 43,000 miles which puts it out of warranty. My back up camera was working intermittently while still under warranty but it couldn’t be diagnosed cause it wasn’t happening when I took it to the dealer. It finally stopped working completely! Marhofer said they would cover it under the warranty and had me fixed and not the door in 45 minutes! Great service, friendly service and didn’t cost me a dime. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this location and we will continue to give them our business. Especially with service like that!

2025 RAM 1500 review
I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Jason Brumpton was outstanding to work with. His communication was prompt, clear, and consistent from start to finish. He took the time to break down the service details in a way that made everything easy to understand, and he went above and beyond to help troubleshoot when necessary. Professional, thorough and patient.
