The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I?ll start with this; your lack of research of a vehicle, understanding that you don?t walk out with a car whether it?s cash or financed the exact ?sticker price? because there are fees and taxes to be added, ignorantly believing just because you said you wanted to see it doesn?t mean the dealership is gonna hold it for you and then get mad that they did what they?re there to do and sold it, is no one?s issue but your own. So stop leaving nasty reviews about a dealership and take it up with the manufacturer or even better, YOURSELF. That being said, this dealership has been nothing short of excellent. They responded promptly, accepted a reasonable cash offer and had it on hold with a deposit within a days time until the cash could be wired. Edwin Seymour and his crew were extremely professional throughout. Ended up having to drive 6 hours to pick it up from Alabama but as soon as I got there the car was clean and fueled up. Was in and out in no time. So if you?re looking for a deal on a good car, don?t hesitate to reach out to this bunch. You?ll be extremely happy with their work from start to finish.

My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.
