My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

We told him we were looking for a trade-in on a new vehicle but the person that deals with it Linkins was busy so he helped us. He answered all of our questions and if he did not know them he found out right away. I thought it was a very personable experience with Nate. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Worked with Brian S and he had the best product knowledge of the RAM truck that I have ever found in a car sales guy. I looked at Fords and Chevys before checking out the RAM and none of the other dealers came close to having the product knowledge that I found with Brian and others at Apple Chrysler dealership. They were easy to deal with, first shot on price and trade in value was right in the ballpark, so I ordered the new RAM and love the truck. Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

We wound up buying a '17 Dodge Grand Caravan. Our sales associate, Jake, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even had the patience to deal with our questions, test drive and our kids who came along to 'inspect' the vehicle. Pete responded quickly to my cars.com inquiry, and the sales manager, Luke, reached out to confirm our visit. The reason for the low rating on the buying experience was because we had to wait an hour for the finance person to complete the purchase due to the late night visit and a customer ahead of us. Fortunately, the facilities were awesome. We had our fill of popcorn, fountain pop and the Twins game! This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealer and would come here again!

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and from the start Ryan Pettit, a sales specialist there, was on top of things. I initially received a personalized video acknowledging that they received my inquiry. I was able to communicate back and forth with questions and Ryan put up with this for about a week and a half. Ryan was very down to earth, not pushy, and very honest about the cars we talked about and I couldn’t appreciate that more. Would I go back and get another car from here? Absolutely. Ryan had so much of the process already completed by the time I got there, which was amazing. It was a super easy experience and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

These folks reached out after a technical error on capturing my phone number and realized that I likely had an affiliation discount available to me. That helped make the difference and we were able to put together a deal that worked for both them and me. What made me happy was they actually had the very vehicle (with all the options and color scheme's) I was looking for and it made all the difference as I had also been shopping at two other dealerships which were well equipped. The biggest difference is that their selection was so much better than viewing these vehicles on a web site. My sales executive was new to this dealership, and he was eager to please and bent over backwards to make sure I saw the right vehicle and got the experience I needed to make the purchase. I am really pleased with the vehicle, and it performs as advertised or better!!!! This is my third Ram 1500 (it's all I've driven for the last 17 years) and they simply continue to to get better. I expect my next vehicle will also be another Ram 1500 Limited pickup.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

The service she provides made me feel no different than if I had walked in there to buy a brand new $60k vehicle! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. As well as making it very clear that she will continue to be available to answer questions as I spend more time in my new ride. The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

I brought my car in to have a TPMS sensor replaced and to have my battery inspected. TPMS sensor was replaced. After inspection, my rear battery was replaced. Service manager charged me $430 for both services, which I paid. Service appointment seemed to take longer than it should have but the necessary work was completed.

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

This is the only place to purchase your new jeep.... make sure to deal with Luke!!!.... he made the whole process easy and didn't use the standard high pressure tactics ... I'll definitely deal with him again in the future.... even though the place is being remodeled currently they still strive to provide the best service possible!!

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...
