So I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say jay there is no other place I would ever go to service or buy and new car from. David Shinn in the sales dept is the best. I’ve teventky been looking into buying a new car and he’s been super patient and understanding with me. He’s easy to talk to and run numbers with with there being no pressure which is nice because I find it to be an already stressful situation. They’re all super professional and pleasant!
I came in for service, and while I was waiting for my car I spoke with a very nice sales person named Amanda. She asked me if I needed help and I told her I was just waiting for my car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and after speaking with her for a while about some of the deals available right now on the new 2018 models, I decided to speak to my wife about upgrading into a new F-150. She helped me through the process and we love our new truck!

We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
Great experience! Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire buying process. I traded in my car and he worked with me to get the deal that was fair and made sense. I was happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Jack and Douglas Jeep if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They even stayed late after closing time to make sure all went well with my deal. I am 63 years old and have bought nearly every brand including BMW and Honda. Before retirement I was also the Vice President of Service for a Cummins Engine Company distributor. This was the best service experience I can remember ever getting. The tech came to get me and explained what he found and recommended, it was very credible and professional. The tech also used a Torque Wrench to confirm the correct clamp load. The check in and check out people were also amazing, professional and courteous. Some people don't think courtesy is important any more, I do and appreciate it. I have always and will continue to recommend Englewood Ford. Englewood Ford is not the closest Ford dealer for me, but its worth my drive to go there.
My experience at Ford of Englewood was very pleasant. They were fast efficient and helpful. The lobby was clean and well stocked with refreshments and snacks while you waited.
