Adam De Leon in the service department is the reason for this review. My 2021 GMC Canyon Denali was towed in dead and I had already been without it for months with no answers. Adam had it diagnosed the day it arrived, found the failed battery immediately, and kept working until he had the actual cause — a blown fuse block and a loose ground behind the intake manifold. Truck was fully repaired and running right in twelve days. What set him apart was the communication. He texted me updates every couple of days without me ever having to chase him, including one message just to tell me he hadn't forgotten about me while his tech was still tracing the fault. He also caught other issues I didn't know about and made sure they were covered under my extended warranty instead of leaving me with the bill. I live over 200 miles away and I will still bring my truck here. If you need service done right and explained honestly, ask for Adam. Five stars without hesitation.

I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase.
