Carl Burger's Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Carl Burger's Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
If you’re in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend coming here. By far, the best customer service experience I've ever had at a car deal ship. Sam was amazing in Helping us find a car that best fit all our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed. We were trying to decide between two cars and he brought them both out and gave us time to look over both cars without him hovering over our shoulders or trying to influence our decision. Fernando in finance was awesome helping us with finalize our paperwork. Gary the Sales Manager helped us get the car we wanted right in our budget and exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a great car buying experience, Go to Carl Burger. The team is very attentive to all your needs and wants. Tell them I sent ya and they will hook you up.

Juwan, my salesperson was AMAZING to work with. It was a complicated deal for a myriad of reasons, but Jacob the GM and Noah in the finance department made it happen. A special shout out to Austin and Noah in service for getting a lost key replicated! The tech team here have the system down - we did a HUGE part of the deal via text and we were able to limit the in-dealer time drastically over previous purchases. The extended warranty and CPO process were icing on the cake and I definitely recommend working with them if a CDJR vehicle is in your future!

I bought a new truck and they were very professional. Anything I wanted or needed, i.e spray in bed liner, step sides were all done and looked great! They also gave me a loaner vehicle while I waited for my new truck to be completed. A+ dealership in my opinion! Will buy from them again. My salesman, Josh was on point with everything! If he didn’t have the answer, he found them quick! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I would definitely go see them! Everyone from my salesman to the manager we’re all very helpful!

Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
Vince notaro AKA Bobo is my long term service person. He got me into a new lease real quick $75 or less than my last lease for $72,000 truck. Mr. Notaro is real professional believe it or not. This is a real honest review from a 70 year-old person. The whole deal went down so quick and fair. I couldn’t believe it not even the first month payment down they paid for it. I double checked it with him and the finance manager, which is another good person. I can only recommend this dealership highly I’ve been doing business with Vinny for a long time very calm, individual humble family man smiling happy jolly person and the deal was done. Within 40 minutes. Went home took everything out of my old truck and went back and I was truck was ready to go with my new truck in hand five stars. If I could get six, I would be Notaro he should get a raise from the Lia Family

I cannot say enough great things about Kay Williams at Dodge Jeep Ram of Stonecrest! From day one, she has provided truly exceptional customer service. What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares about her customers. There’s never any pressure—just honest guidance and support. I purchased my car from her about a year and a half ago, and she has continued to go above and beyond ever since. She periodically checks in to see how I’m doing and how my car is holding up, and she always keeps me informed about great sales and helpful maintenance tips. Recently, I reached out to her about possibly trading in my husband’s car, and she immediately jumped into action. She helped him secure an amazing deal and took the time to walk us through everything multiple times. At no point did we feel rushed—her main priority was making sure my husband felt completely comfortable with his decision. Kay is knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to her clients. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, she is the one. Thank you, Kay! 💙

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

On June 23, 2026, I had the best experience at Courtesy Motors in Danville, IL that I have ever had in my life at a car dealership, and I am 68 years old. I went there to purchase a 2011 Ford Ranger. A place called Westlake Financial had sent me an email stating that I was pre-qualified for financing on the Ranger and gave me a voucher code for it. But when I got there that pre-qualification and voucher code meant absolutely NOTHING. I live in Kendallville IN, which is about 175 miles from Danville. A friend of mine had left his house in Lafayette, IN at 4 AM to pick me up in Kendallville so we would arrive at the dealership about opening time. I thought all was lost and we had traveled a great distance for nothing. But the staff at Courtesy Motors improvised and came up with a deal so I could drive away in the Ranger. Their sales consultant Xavier Hawkins was the driving force behind the accommodation; he pulled off what can only be described as a miracle. The salesman Leland was also directly involved in making it all happen. Their superior Samantha Woodard was instrumental in approving the deal in real time. Their pretty “cashier” helped me cobble together my payment methods to make it all work out. And their final sales paper guy (Jeremy) made the last part fast and seamless. I could not be more satisfied or happier with the deal I was given. In fact, I have been peaking out the window to see if the police have arrived to arrest me for stealing the Ranger. My deal was so good it was truly a steal. If I could give more than a five star rating then I surely would. Larry

2026 RAM 2500 review
Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

Had a pleasure doing business with Russell Westbrook CDJR for my new 2021 Dodge Challenger! Zaman, Moses, and Jay worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was happy with the car and our deal for it. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them and I'll definitely be back for a third in the future. Highly recommended!

BERNARD'S Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
BERNARD'S Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I spent twenty years in the automotive industry and have established connections with many dealers and friends who are salespeople. After leaving the business, I've purchased two vehicles, both from Bernards. When someone asks me for help when seeking a new car, I always send them to the same place. Why? Because Bernards does business the right way! Thank you, Fleets, Jay, Nick, Mike, and everyone at Bernards for stepping up and doing the right thing after my warranty company would not. Now I have another story to tell when asked where someone should purchase their next vehicle!
