DuPage CDJR review
Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

Excellent service - every single step of the way A family feel Outstanding place of business
2021 RAM 2500 review
Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lockport review
I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

CarMax Hillside (Eisenhower Expy) review
This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.
2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

INFINITI of Clarendon HillsReviews
INFINITI of Clarendon Hills review
After visiting a different dealership where we felt completely overlooked, working with Ali was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we pulled into the lot, Ali greeted us warmly with a smile and a genuine sense of welcome. His approach was never pushy—instead, he was thoughtful, patient, and fully committed to understanding our needs. Ali took the time to truly listen and provided us with a personalized selection of vehicles that matched our preferences and priorities. This saved us an incredible amount of time and helped us focus on what really mattered. He was also impressively organized, having paperwork ready in advance and maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. What stood out most about Ali was not just his knowledge of the vehicles and their features, but the way he worked to ensure we received the best overall value. He proactively reviewed all available incentives and savings opportunities, including several we weren’t even aware existed. He took the initiative to ask meaningful questions, like our professional backgrounds and ownership history, which led to valuable savings we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Ali’s service was sincere, thorough, and above all, customer-centered. He made us feel like we had someone in our corner, advocating for us—not just trying to make a sale. That level of care and integrity is rare, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. We wholeheartedly recommend Ali Abdullah to anyone looking for a car buying experience that is honest, efficient, and tailored to your needs. He made a potentially stressful process feel easy.
2016 RAM 2500 review
This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I was impressed by their honesty and straight forward pricing. Sales people don’t work on commission, so not pushy. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with my new car! And the price was exactly what was advertised on cars.com - no added costs once I arrived.

2025 RAM 2500 review
Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Naperville review
The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.
2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

Heller Ford review
worked with DJ primarily in finding an Expedition, after a few weeks of searching in my area couldnt find what I was looking for. DJ and the entire team at Heller Ford found me and my family exactly what we were looing for. Were 2 hours away from the dealership and vehicle was delivered for us to test drive at our pace and purchased the vehicle via esign...gave me top price for my trade in and next time i'm in need of a vehicle I'm calling DJ and the wonderful people at Heller Ford.
2022 RAM 2500 review
This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

It was a pleasure to work with Dakota. I drove a hour and a half, and will do it again for my next truck. He was patient and answered all my questions. Didn’t have the truck I was after on the lot, so he found one and got it there! Great management as well. Down to earth and homey feel!
2026 RAM 2500 review
Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.
