King Kia of Laurel exceeded my expectations when it came to service and selection. I ended up buying a car from them even though the car I went to look at was already sold. Amiyah was wonderful and did a fantastic job.

Aaron was a patient and personable salesman. Really enjoyed working with him. Very accommodating for a test drive. Quite knowledgeable on the software configuration during the customer acceptance orientation.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

One of the best trucks I’ve ever owned. I wanted the 5.7 hemi, but wasn’t sold on the e torque. After driving it for awhile, I’m totally in love with it! 395 hp and 410 ft lbs of torque. This thing is great!!

This is my first time going to this dealership to get my car serviced. I?d thought I?d try them out especially since they had a promotion going which made my decision. Had a nice no pressure service and that?s what I?m looking for. Their waiting room was nice and large with 2 sections and nice to have outdoor seating as well. I?ll be retuning there for my next service.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Ourisman Chevrolet MitsubishiReviews
Ourisman Chevrolet Mitsubishi review
I found the car of my dreams, a 2018 Lexus ES 350, on the Ourisman of Marlow Heights website on a Sunday. I was immediately contacted by their staff. James Norman contacted me several times and even sent me two videos of the car. I went to the dealership the next day and was blown away by the condition of the car. As soon as I sat behind the wheel, I knew I wanted that car even before taking a test drive. It looked like it just came off the new car showroom. Immaculate. Paint and leather in perfect condition. I drove away just one day after discovering my Lexus on line. James is one of the kindest most professional sales consultants I have ever dealt with. You can trust him with your next new or used car decision
2023 RAM 1500 review
My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

J.B.A. Kia review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at KIA Glen Burnie! I honestly cannot say enough great things about KIA Glen Burnie, especially Rob Sipes and the entire service team. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding, and this is exactly how automotive service should be done. No muss, no fuss, no pressure, and absolutely no xx. They get your vehicle in on time, take care of the service that needs to be done, and treat you with honesty, professionalism, and respect. There is no attempt to upsell you on things you don't need, no unnecessary runaround, and no feeling that you're being taken advantage of. Just straightforward, honest service from people who clearly take pride in what they do. Rob and his team make the entire experience easy and hassle-free. That might sound like a simple thing, but anyone who has dealt with dealerships knows just how rare and refreshing that can be. KIA Glen Burnie has earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership service department that genuinely puts the customer first. Rob Sipes and the entire team deserve a huge thank-you for doing things the right way. Keep up the fantastic work! If you're looking for honest, professional, no-pressure service, do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be disappointed!

The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

This dealership was to me way down in Pasadena. Truthfully thought about turning around on Wednesday. Decided to keep going. Arrived and was met by Robert, a totally up front individual. He pulled out the vehicle gave me keys and said try it out, I will talk to you when you return. The professionalism he possessed was exceptional. We had a 45 minute discussion and I bought the vehicle. I explained that I had no way to get back to the business, from just below Towson to pick up the vehicle. Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver SpringReviews
DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
I wanted to take a moment to say "THANK YOU" to DARCARS Chrysler Jeep of Silver Spring Service Department but especially my (Service Advisor) Brian Paige and the mechanics they provided me and always with top-notch service. Brian has provided me the best possible service for years and it's willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that he keeps the consideration of his customers in mind. I am never disappointment with the service repairs that I have received. Brian goes the extra miles, provides outstanding customer service and just a trustworthy person. It is certainly a pleasure to do business when you feel as though the people you are conducting business are looking out for your vehicle and your best interest. I am never disappointed. Thanks!
2022 RAM 1500 review
I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

Purchased a Subaru Outback. Had a great experience and love the car. Corbin took great care of us and followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy and knew all of the features.
2020 RAM 1500 review
Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

CarMax Ellicott CityReviews
CarMax Ellicott City review
Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

Trust AutoReviews
Trust Auto review
I reached out to Trust Auto regarding a Toyota 4RUNNER. I was immediately contacted by Frank. I unfortunately contracted the flu virus which put me out for over a week. Frank was very patient and professional and checked on me every couple of days. I had a trade which I was going to trade in on the Toyota. I am located 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, so I was able to take pics of my trade and without even seeing my trade in person, I feel that Frank and Trust gave me a fair trade in value. I unfortunately decided to go a different route with selling my car privately to a coworker and not replace my car. I never did purchase the vehicle from Trust, but dealing with Frank made me 💯 % comfortable and I would definitely give Trust the opportunity to earn my business in the future. Thank again for all of your help during this process.

RechargedReviews
Recharged review
All the people were very nice. The deal happened very quickly. Shipment was fast. Price was in my range. biggest problem with recharge is the AI phone receptionist. She never understands what I’m saying. The car did have 1000 more miles on it than the listing when I got it. the new car could’ve used a detail. there was still a french fry in the center console, blocking the charging port for the wireless charging.
