This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Our salesman, Mark Setaro, couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn't working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. I got a good deal on the car. Tyler was great to work with. If there was one thing to complain about, it was the time it took to work things out. I was there for four hours, just wish we could’ve cut down on the time.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.
