Laid back experience. Cars are as is-what you see is what you get. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking. Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!
