2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. 2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
