Great team!!! We negotiated a great price ahead of time!

After a bad/weird experience at Cityside Subaru in Belmont--where we could not get actual numbers and they were blatantly condescending about our budget--the team at Clay helped us to easily secure a 2018 CrossTrek for our desired price. It was so easy, because one of their online sales associates, Allison Lejeune, was willing to send ACTUAL quotes with the numbers broken down and we negotiated over email before coming to the store and got a great deal ahead of time thanks to their sales manager Keith Miranda. This is KEY! No one seems to give real numbers and they wait for you to low ball, play, and go back and forth but still screw you over. When we arrived with the online deal, salesman Will Krasinki swiftly helped us to secure the deal that was already negotiated, so there were no games and no take-backs. The good times kept rolling on Sunday when we went in to sign all of the paperwork with Joseph Allain, who was incredibly knowledgeable and data-driven. He helped us to understand all of the variables and did not over-push add-ons, which is actually our style: we are more willing to sign up for extra programs etc if it is explained logically and not pushed. He hooked us up with the Luxcare for free. He worked swiftly but was very patient and elaborated clearly when we asked him to. We are so delighted to pick up our CrossTrek tomorrow, they beat Cityside and Ira and were pleasant and transparent along the way. We're excited to be in the Subaru family :) Thanks guys!
