This was THE BEST car buying experience my family and I had ever had and I highly recommend them. My wife and I shopped around many places to buy my son a used car for his 16th birthday. Nothing compared to customer service, quality and price at Broadway Motors. Jerry and his team were outstanding from the very first phone call I placed to inquire about the car. No pushy sales, no added extras that we didn't need, and the entire process couldn't have been any smoother. To top off the buying experience Jerry helped us surprise my son for his birthday. We bought the car on a Tuesday and he offered to keep it on his show floor until Saturday so we could plan the surprise. Jerry encouraged us to invite all our family over and had my sons new car in the entrance of the showroom floor fully detailed with a big red bow on top for the surprise. We had our whole family there and it couldn't have worked out any better. My son was surprised and almost in tears and I promise it will be something he always will remember. We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.
We visited many different car brand dealerships and looked at many models, needing a new SUV for mountain and local travel. After our search and owning many different SUVs the Subaru Outback 3.6R Ltd proved to be the safest, reliable, best, and economical vehicle for us. FlatIrons Subaru made it happen with Lars' help and persistence in getting the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Lars was a delight to work with, answering all our questions (many emails and text, being patient with us throughout) and very knowledgeable about the Outback (educating us about the many features), while enjoying a salesman's humor (not the usual case when purchasing a new vehicle). Our first trip up to the mountains with the 3.6R Ltd proved to be good being this Thanksgiving weekend when the mountains received a significant amount of snow fall.

Having purchased many many cars and trucks over my 56 years and I must say this Subaru purchase was one of the best. Knowledgeable quality sales people and management made the experience second to none .We will definitely be back, I wouldn't change a thing! Our salesman spend all the time needed orienting us to the many tech and operating features. Never felt rushed. The finance man was quick and efficient (great job Buck) truly a PLEASURE. As a small business person I am jealous of the assembly of professionals Dellenbach has assembled in their Subaru Dealership. Well Done! Thanks to Chris and Charles and the whole gang!!!
Cameron was very personable from the get go! He was ok with my friends checking out the cat with me and asking their own questions. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, not like other high pressure fast talking situations I've had before. Even when looking at the prices, he answered all our questions and was not in our face about negotiating. On our first haggle, he quickly was able to get us a deal that was in our exact price range on the first try. This is a good and honest salesman that is just interested in getting you a car for the price you want, no pressure and with a friendly attitude.
