Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
Had a great experience at Groove, specifically because Jordan helped me find exactly what I was looking for... and put up with my countless model comparison questions (thank you!). I ended up with the 2019 Forester Limited and I could not be more satisfied. On multiple occasions Jordan ventured into the wintry mix with me (not ideal weather to browse vehicles) to help me fully understand differences in model trims and features. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various trims and package accessories which made it much easier for me to make my decision. He was also extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Jordan when you arrive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I had to go to the dealership to get into a lower leased vehicle due to my son being born a little earlier than normal and medical payment being a pain. I was nervous as the old salesman I worked with years prior was no longer there and thought, oh great I want to go down in price monthly I wonder how this will go. But I called and spoke with Andrew S. Who told me to come on in and he would love to help me out. From beginning to end the process was so great! It wasn???t easy finding something that fit in that price range, but each day he checked in with me and him and the whole Subaru team worked with me and were truly all about helping me and my family out. How often can you say thats about a dealership? Even though I wasn???t sure I was going to go with them and kept looking around and comparing other car options Andrew was always following up and seeing what he had to match and how to help me and my family out. On the day we found our new vehicle the whole process was so easy and seamless for leasing a new car and every department was great to work with. I will be a groove Subaru for lifer now with all my vehicle because of this amazing service and our amazing sales rep Andrew who really took the time and really cared! Thank you Groove Subaru!
We came in looking to buy two cars, and Clay was very helpful. I was looking to buy a financed newer Subaru and an older used Subaru for my husband. Clay helped us find the right vehicles for us and our personal tastes in cars. Savannah in financing was also very thorough and helpful for us, and explained in detail anything we has questions about. Besides the actual car buying aspect, Clay and Savannah were both great personalities and fantastic to chat with while working on the car deal.

I had done some research on Subaru but the details of the Forester were explained both during the test drive and during the walk-thru with Jason. I was pretty firm on the options I wanted and he found the Forester with all those options I was looking for. He answered all my questions and he never stopped to think about what he was going to say next. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and all the functions. I was very lucky to have him show me the Subaru Forester. The finance process with Chris was better than expected. Chris was informative about the maintenance plans and made that part of the process less stressful. Just as a note, I originally went in with my girlfriend to support her thoughts on purchasing the Subaru Crosstrek from Jason. It was after her purchase that I considered buying and Jason was extremely helpful with my purchase as well. Thank You Jason. Victor
After a hard experience with a car accident, Andrew provided us a fun experience in shopping for a new car and hope for the next chapter. He was able to find us exactly what I was looking for (the color, price, and mileage) and we bought the car that afternoon. He was very personable, laid-back, informative and honest. We could tell he was full of integrity and I never felt any pressure which lead me to buying the car. I can't say thank you enough to Andrew and the Subaru staff!
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.
