If only I had known better-I would have come here first! Not only, was Adam Arsenault super helpful in explaining all my options, he showed me all the AWESOME details about the car, and he never pressured me to buy or try to sell me some gimmick. I am new to the Subaru family, and definitely see myself coming back. From start to finish, I was always greeted by friendly people and they all made the process easy and comfortable. Shout out to the very helpful and super nice lady in financing dept. who gave me even more peace of mind selecting coverage options!
The whole purchase process was made seamless by Marc. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. George Irizarry was also very knowledgeable. He provided a lot of information about the warranty process so we could make an educated decision. Both these gentlemen made us feel that we came to the right dealership.
I recently bought a used car at Dan Perkins Subaru, and my salesperson was Adam Arsenault. I usually absolutely hate dealing with car salespeople, and never look forward to having to buy a new (used) car. Adam was easygoing, very knowledgeable, and not for one second did I feel pressured to buy or feel talked into paying more than I wanted. :When I picked up the car a few days later, Adam went through every single aspect of the car with me (I've NEVER had a salesperson do that). The whole experience was the easiest and most pleasant car buying time I've ever had, and I will definitely buy here again next time.
Mounir was kind, respectful, and efficient. Dan Perkins Subaru has a high moral standard. I say this because they made a mistake in my final bill which ended up being more than my quote. They brought it down to what they had quoted me. I really appreciate the honesty that I sensed behind my business dealings with Dan Perkins Subaru. Keep up the good work!
We just got our second Subaru from Premier. This is the best dealership anywhere; we drove 3 hours from the north shore of Boston to do business with them. We would not go anywhere else. The process -- from application to picking up the new vehicle -- was a completely positive one.
Yes, I urge you find Parker Pearlstein at Premier Subaru in Branford , Connecticut . I devote his adroit negotiable of straight talk. He talks in business with you and us too. I like to see him again on this year. No blunt or No bluff among. Parker makes it straight out when you have finance complications. I tell you come finding Parker Pearlstein when you need a car. Before I went there, I got frustration that two dealers ignored me twice . I myself find Parker Pearlstein so I explained Parker about my frustration. Parker and I talk in our business . I feel better so I am ready to get a Subaru car on this year.
Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. Since then, we have recommended Gary and Garavel to others whose cars were destroyed in that flood. We are certainly satisfied customers. Thank you, Gary and Garavel! The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.
Spotless and pleasant showroom. Quite a few amenities for customer comfort. Dealt mainly with Jason Jarkes and Ed Chen. Both were extremely professional and fun to deal with. Several accommodations were made for my convenience and the overall process was very satisfying. Like most car shoppers, pushy car salesman tropes don't appeal to me and dealing with Jason was anything but. Sincere thank you to everyone at Quality Subaru for making my first Subaru purchase an excellent one. I would recommend Quality Subaru and its staff to anyone looking to buy a car, as I plan to return as well.
My son was purchasing his first Subaru and I accompanied him during his experience with Jason and Quality Subaru. We were both pleasantly surprised with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Protective as us mothers can be Jason dealt with my questions and demands in a positive and respectful manner. I felt like we were dealing with family.
I went to the Wallingford quality Subaru 4 months ago just looking at potential cars not ready to buy yet but exploring options. Mike Schweikert went above and beyond for me since then. He let me test drive, put no pressure on me to buy that day and told me when i was ready he???d be ready to help me if wanted. I loved his down to earth personality and how understanding he was for the whole process. I went back to him to build a custom made car which would take a while to get in but i wanted certain things in the car so i was okay with that. He then went and took the extra time to search for the exact car i wanted locally at all the dealers and ended up finding me one how i wanted it and got it for me within a week! I couldn???t appreciate all he did for me any more. He???s great at his job and very easy to talk too. As well as everyone that works at quality Subaru. (Ed from finance was great too and made that stressful aspect very easy going). From the second you walk in to the second you walk out. They love their jobs and it shows! I would absolutely recommend this dealer and mike of course to anyone. I will be a forever customer.
This dealership was absolutely incredible from the time I walked in I didn???t wait very long , service was incredible.The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable of all of the cars and really worked with me to find the right car for the price that fit my budget. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone who???s looking for a new car.
I went to a few other brands before coming here. I was drawn to Competition for the Costco member pricing. Overall a good experience. EXcellent sales help from Regina! Would reccomend to others.
