Used 2020 Subaru Forester for sale in Crystal Lake, IL

Lisa was prompt, fully informed me of the service and what would be done to my car and I received it back beform the estimated completions time.

The Forester is the first SUV I ever owned. It has had a few issues, but the dealership, Kenny Ross in Irwin Pa, has always been top notch in customer service. First issue was the orignal tires went bald after only 10,000 miles. I called Kenny Ross and they said they would contact corporate. Got 4 new tires at no charge. Next issue I did not even know I had. Took it in for an oil change and they tell me I need a new CVT. Didn't know I had a problem. No charge again. Last issue was a radio that kept giving an error message and would not work. Took four visits to isolate the problem, but now have a new radio that brings in more stations. Again for free. Highly recommend the bumper to bumper warranty. Money well spent.

New brakes were put on my 2015 Ram 2500 and did some recall work- great staff everyone was friendly and had no issues. Thank you!

I have a 2020 Forester with 19000 miles. I love it, especially as a tall and aging man. It it easy to drive, easy to get in and get out. Miles per gallon is great, typically well over 30 mpg in day to day city driving. I have noticed a number of complaints about batteries. I think in 2019-2020 they had a bad supplier of batteries. My experience was total battery failure at about 10000 miles. I had to purchase a replacement from AAA. Such stories were common during that period. I was irritated but received reimbursement even though it is not typical for a dealer/car company to do so. Smart dealers want to keep your business. The only other expenses were created by potholes knocking the car out of allignment and nails in parking lots puncturing the same tire twice! Sweep your xxxx parking lots retailers and restaurants.

In and out with car repaired in an acceptable time. Comfortable customer service waiting area.

This is my first Subaru and I’m so impressed! Just a great drive! I love the safety and convenience features…but I also just love to drive again!!!

My 2020 Forester does everything I ask it to, very effective and efficiently. I've owned over 100 vehicles in my life time and this one is with my top favorites. Good value, safe, economical, reliable, dependable, and over all quality is top notch. I am very pleased with this decision.

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

I took my 2016 Outback in for an oil change, and ended up leaving with a 2023 Outback instead. The sales and finance teams worked very hard to make me an offer I couldn't refuse, and I can't say enough about Keith in the Service Department; he's part of the reason why I bought another Subaru. Very friendly and helpful group of people at this dealership.

Had service done on our Outback at Napleton?s Schaumburg Subaru. I drive 24 miles to this dealership because of Keith Meyers and his team of service technicians. They always do a great job and tell me what needs to be serviced now and what can wait until my next visit.

Everything went well. It was a long wait, but well worth it.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR, when you walk in there’s a sign saying no sharks meaning no scamming salesmen! Bob Pearson was our specialist and he knew the car really well took us on a test drive of a lifetime where he told us to test the car at high speeds, hard brakes, speedy turns to show the car is a good car, driven 5k miles so far not one issue, love the car thanks Bob! Came from NY to this dealer and it was 300% worth it!!!

The salesman Mark was very helpful in pick out the car. Helpful w/ test driving the car . Answered ? I needed to know on the Forester. Also had the technician Jason helped w/ the computer things on the car, I had ?s on.

Went to Grand Subaru to look for new car and my salesman Ramon Cintron was a great help in explaining my options on leasing a new car. Ramon was very helpful and spent time talking to me and explained every detail about my purchase. Ramon is very professional and very knowledgable and will get my business next time I buy a car.

Kiril Contacted us shortly after we expressed interest in a Toyota they had. He was very prompt in all communication, and we NEVER felt harassed like the many times we have at prior dealerships. He was very straight forward with pricing. It has to be the best experience we have had at a dealership.

The service was completed ahead of the time that was given and additional service needed but I did not have the time to have the service done
