Unexpectedly Surprised! Jim, aka Turk, the 2nd generation owner of Diamond Jim’s is a 10 out of 10 and if the scale was out of 100, he would be a 100 out 100. Here’s my story: I have had over 35 Corvettes and had been looking for a 2015 Corvette - Daytona Sunrise Orange Metallic - convertible - 7 speed manual for 18 months and finally found one and it was at Diamond Jim’s in Milwaukee, WI. I called and spoke with Jim and he suggested that we FaceTime and we did for it a good 20 minutes. Car was great except the tires were a little worn … not a problem … I put a deposit down and scheduled a flight from Southwest Florida to Milwaukee with the plans of driving it back 1,430 miles! 🤪 I have never flown cross country to buy a car before so I was a little nervous to say the least. We arrived at Diamond Jim’s and met Jim … the car was everything he said it was and better (fair price too)! This is when things turned to the unbelievable and quiet frankly, shocking … Jim said he felt uneasy selling me the Corvette with the slightly worn tires so he replaced them with brand new OEM exact factory replacement Michelin tires!! I have another, identical Corvette and recently replaced the tires on that one for a whopping $2,000!! 🫣 Jim apologized for not giving me a full tank of gas (it was 1/2 full) … I said, “Let me see, a full tank of gas or $2,000 worth new tires!!” He laughed and said the construction in front of his dealership prevented him from filling up the tank! He’s a true gentleman. Then, to add to this amazing person that I just met, Jim called us about 2 hours later during our drive home making sure that we were doing OK!! Lastly, we plan on buying another car within the next year and there is no doubt that we will call Jim, take his word for the description of the car, pay for it and ship it to Florida … we drove the 1,430 miles in 28 hours and we don’t plan on doing it again! 😁 I have been buying cars since the late 1970’s and I have never had a better experience than I did with Jim at Diamond Jim’s and I give them the highest recommendation possible!! 👍

I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year,while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed,gave me great advise,different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services.Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air,without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price,the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.
2022 Subaru Forester review
I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.
2022 Subaru Forester review
Bought a 22 Touring, the car is great, (I traded a 2019 RAV4 XSE hybrid, forester is just better built and a better quality vehicle by far). Pros: comfortable, safe, plenty of legroom and headroom for all, I have tall friends (6’4”/6’2”) and all have enough room), great visibility, things are where they need to be and where it makes sense, sound system is good and the eyesight system is a lot better than the Toyota system, also the ride quality is superior. Cons: lacks a few small things that should be there on a 2022 vehicle such as interior light auto shut off, if you leve your interior lights on by mistake these won’t auto shut off, it doesn’t have a wireless cell charger, or wireless apple play connection, also it should have a fast charger (USB-c).

I recently took my Corvette C8 in for squeaky brakes. I thought for sure it will cost me some money to replace them. A few hours later, I was told there was no charge. I was surprised and delighted to hear that! I've recently purchased the vehicle from Fairway Chevrolet, and it has low miles. My service advisor told me the brakes were fine. There was just dust between the brakes. They could have charge me for the service and told me the brake pads were replaced, and I would never know the difference. Thanks for being honest! So let me tell you about this whole car-buying adventure... it started with me innocently "just looking." You know how that goes. I hopped on Edmunds, then slid over to the dealership website, and there it was... the Subaru Crosstrek. Blue. Not just any blue--that blue. The kind that makes you start rearranging your budget and your life decisions at the same time. Of course, I did what any reasonable person does--I went and had a little chat with ChatGPT, plugging in numbers like I suddenly had a finance degree. Credit score, trade-in, price... the whole works. Meanwhile, a salesman named Kevin texts me, asks what I want, gets my payoff, and says he'll get back to me the next day. Well... "the next day" gave me plenty of time to panic. After thinking it over (and probably overthinking it just a little), we convinced ourselves, "Yeah... we probably can't afford that Crosstrek." So I text Kevin and basically say, "Never mind, false alarm, ignore my dreams." ONE HOUR later... Kevin calls. This man comes back with numbers. Real numbers. Good numbers. "Wait a second... those are our numbers." And then he drops the kicker--it's for the SAME blue Crosstrek I had my heart set on. Y'all... we bought the car. For a better deal than we ever expected. And Kevin? That man didn't just sell a car--he showed up, followed through, and treated us like we mattered. In a world where you expect a sales pitch, he gave us honesty, patience, and somehow... our blue Crosstrek. Moral of the story: sometimes you say "never mind," and God (and Kevin) say, "oh no you don't."
