Buying A Subaru As Easy As 1, 2, 3 And Great Prices.

Late Friday afternoon Feb., 26, I spoke to Luis Nieves and inquired about a 2016 Subaru 2.5i Limited and whether it was available. He stated yes it is available and I wanted a price. I told him I was coming from Long Island and he said he would check. He gave me a very good price. I asked him about financing, license plates and insurance. To my amazement he said everything is done here and I can drive it home tomorrow after the paperwork is done We went over the price of the plates, etc. and what the down payment I will bring. I told him I will purchase the car. Luis said he will get the car pulled and have it for us in the morning. I had less than 20 minutes before my bank closed so I rushed over and got the Bank check. Then I informed Luis that I got the check and will see him Saturday morning. At about 0900 Luis called my house and I informed him we should be leaving within the hour. My wife, daughter and I arrived a few minutes before 1100 and pointed out the beaufiful Quartz Blue Pearl Limited outside. We sat down, asked if we wanted coffee or food and got acquainted. Then Luis suggested we go for a test drive in the new car. My wife and daughter went with Luis for the test drive. I hung around the showroom checking out the various cars in the showroom and meetand spoke to other customers. One customer asked me about the dealership and I gave him positive feedback and after his test drive he purchased a Venetian Red Crosstrek. Another customer asked me about the Forester and I gave him my opinion and mentioned that I was purchasing a Limited in Blue. Later another family asked me about the Forester that I purchased after it was all cleaned up and they remarked it was a beautiful color. I remarked that it drives very well and is very confortable. When Luis and my family returned, he started to get the paperwork for the insurance and the paperwork for the license plates and registration and of course the sale of the Forester itself showning us the deep discount that he told me on the phone. No gimmicks, no games, no pressure, no hassles. It was like being a family gathering. Anthony Klein came by to see if we needed any drinks or food. Marcus Rivera stopped by a few times to make sure everything was running smoothly. While the new auto was being prepped and inspected by the Service Department, Luis and my family sat there and conversed the time away. When the bank approval came in we signed the paperwork. Finally the plates and registration were put on and Luis spent a great deal of time explaining the workings of the Forester to my wife and daughter and hooking up their I-Phones. Many thanks to Luis for his cordial, down to earth professional demeanor and honesty and knowledge about Subarus especially since this is our first Subaru purchase and definitely coming back for more in the future. Also thanks to Marcus for pulling the car out for us and the finance department for getting us the low bank rate. This dealership is highly recommended for courtesy, knowledge, good discounts off MSRP, pleasant atmosphere, no games, no pressure, no runarounds. I had a 413 when I was 16 years old and purchased my first new car car at age 17 back in 1970. I purchased many brand new cars of all makes through the years and I find it rare to find a descent, honest, knowlegeable dealership like Island Subaru.
