These guys are amazing! From the owner Matt McNaughton, to his son Corbin, to Cameron. I had purchased a vehicle about a month ago when I turned in a lease, and when the time was quickly approaching to turn in another lease vehicle, I went back to 616 Motors and worked with Matt. Some things happened and I was not going to be able to get the vehicle I really wanted because of the disparity between the book value and the loan amount. Instead of Matt chalking it up to a lost sale, he brought the price down to where the loan amount I could get for the car was enough, even to cover tax, title, and license, so I did not have to come up with a balance. Because he did that, I know the business did not make much of, if any profit, and that is commendable. Matt REALLY went the extra mile for me and my family and we are exceptionally grateful. 616 Motors knows how to do business, knows how to value customers, and understands the immeasurable importance of customer service as it relates to gaining repeat customers! I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.

I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!
