Subaru Superstore of ChandlerReviews
Subaru Superstore of Chandler review
I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the lot, Jack greeted us and ensured us if we needed any help they could assist. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future. Thank you Jack, Griz, Kris and Brian for being such a pleasure to work with!

Subaru Superstore of ChandlerReviews
Subaru Superstore of Chandler review
Brought my car in for 60,000 mile service. Told the service advisor about a couple of additional things I wanted checked. Service advisor told me the price to repair each area I asked about and also said that the AC was leaking. I was quite surprised since I had service done on the AC within the last year. The advisor checked and confirmed that work was done on the AC last year and thought perhaps the fluid on the AC was old and dried up from the last service on the unit. The mechanic confirmed this was probably the case. This leads me to be concerned when the service advisor is recommending services on my vehicle. A needed repair should never have been discussed with me until it was confirmed that the repair was actually needed.

Fox Subaru Macomb review
Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

I had an exceptional experience with Bik Shrestha at i.g. Burton Subaru. From start to finish, he was incredibly patient and thorough in helping me find the perfect car. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. It was such a refreshing experience compared to others I’ve had in the past. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness — he made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process, from test-driving on different roads to explaining all the features and options available. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the best fit, not just making a sale. I also truly appreciate the follow-up after purchasing the vehicle. Bik took the time to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly with my new CrossTrek, offering additional tips and ensuring I was completely satisfied. It’s not often you experience such excellent post-sale service, and it really made a difference in how much I value the entire experience. Because of the outstanding service I received, I will definitely refer friends and family to Bik and IG Burton Subaru in the future. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend working with them — their professionalism, care, and dedication made the whole process seamless and stress-free!

Although the used car that I had looked on online had been sold, I was able to get a new Crosstrek to meet my wishlist!
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru review
Appt was easier to get this time. The time it takes for an oil change is a bit long. Plenty of free pastries and lattes to pass the time.

Anne at Eastside Subaru is very friendly and courteous. She understood my needs and clearly explained how long the work would take. Even though I missed my appointment, she was still able to get my work done in a timely manner. Definitely recommended!

Bethany was so helpful. I wanted new blades for my windows. She sad the front was 60 dollars. I said ok. When she came back with my billi notice that the blades were not on the bill. She said oh yeah they were coveted by the warranty! No charge. I paid took the free car wash and on my way. Today it rained. New wipers. I just keep saying thank you Bethann oh the tune up was great. Runs brand new.
