The WRX was an amazing performance car to own. It easily outfoxes many much more powerful cars through it's incredible handling. Without traction control it is a beast and a true performance machine - you don't buy a WRX for the interior - it's for one reason - it's fast as xxxxx.

I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options. Recently bought truck here. One key fob did not function. Service department promptly diagnosed problem. Gave me new fob, plus showed where old one was broken. Staff was very professional, polite. Great experience.

Planet Subaru is the template that ALL autoimobile dealerships should strive to emulate. My most recent service experience at Planet only reinforced what I already knew to be true - this dealership GETS IT! Andy, my service advisor was friendly, yet professional and took the time to understand my concerns. I even had an opportunity to talk with Trevor, the technician who did the actual work my car. Buying and trading in a vehicle may not be the most pleasant experience. To say Group 1 aka IRA Acura of Westwood was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. We literally dealt with 10 Acura dealerships throughout MA/RI/NH and Group 1 led the pack. Our experience with Jose Silva (General Manager) and Dave Troilo (Sales) was top notch with no hidden agendas and complete transparency. Although Jose is the General Manager he was extremely patient providing what was on the lot and what they were expecting in the next month or two. With a shortage of vehicles, dealerships will not negotiate below MSRP. Jose was upfront and honest that they cannot sell a vehicle below sticker price, which we did appreciate as other Acura dealerships were asking over MSRP. Additionally, Jose gave us some great advice. My husband and I were thinking of selling our RDX to CarMax and he mentioned if we trade in our vehicle with Acura we would save money on sales tax. We were able to come to an agreement of a fair price for our trade-in that all parties were happy with. Jose passed the baton to Dave Troilo (Sales) for us to select an in-stock vehicle or place a deposit on one that will be available in the next month or two. Dave was super knowledgeable, responsive, and answered all of our questions. He processed all the paperwork with efficiency and in a timely manner. Then came financing and we sat with Miguel Banos the Finance Manager to see if we would finance with Acura or our own bank. Although our bank’s interest rate was less, and after running the numbers the difference was nominal so we opted to go through Acura’s finance department. We have never purchased Acura Care plans. However, Miguel was able to come up with an option that was reasonable and more importantly made sense for us to purchase when it came to maintenance and interior/exterior protection. Happy to say we took delivery of our 2022 Acura RDX on 12/17/2021. Our whole experience was excellent, there were a few reasons why Group 1 was the front runner. 1. Excellent customer service by Jose Silva (General Manager), Dave Troilo (Sales), and Miguel Banos (Finance Director). 2. Negotiation process fair and not painful. 3. All of Group 1's staff were not the stereotypical "car salesman”. They were honest and upfront. Jose, Dave, and Miguel thank you for the wonderful experience!

I like the solid feel of the car and the sturdy and high ride. Good acceleration. It would be a better SUV if the ground clearance was at least 10” or 12”, with the exhaust pipe properly tucked away!

I brought my daughter to Mastria Subaru to get her her first used car. We met Bruce who was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. He helped us find the perfect car for a young college student. I highly recommend both the dealership and Bruce if you’re looking for a car.

Great SUV. Very comfortable, Performance is acceptable. I am 6' 2" and I have plenty of leg room. Even have to move driver seat forward to drive. Auto adjust feature for driver seat is nice. Wish it included side mirrors also. Only drawback I find is the gas mileage. In this day of soaring gas prices it is a huge downside.

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Love this Subaru! This is my 6th Subaru and first WRX. The car absolutely flies, not sure what happens at 3500 miles but the Turbo comes into a life of its own. So much power in 3 and 4th gear it is incredible. If you are in the market for a sports sedan test drive the WRX!

Emily Day was wonderful-when Balise backed out of a deal with us (they are the dealer closest to our house), we literally called Patriot from the Balise parking lot and they said they would honor the deal we had made with Balise. We had a wonderful buying experience with Balise 6 years before but were feeling lazy about driving to NA. Never again!! Emily went above and beyond her promise and the buying experience could not have been easier.

I purchased my 2018 Legacy Limited with 2.5 L engine (50th anniversary edition) with heritage blue exterior and black leather interior in May 2018. I’m 75 years old and have been driving since I was 15. I’ve owned many vehicles during my life, both domestic and foreign made. The ‘18 Legacy is the best car I have ever owned. Generally, I don’t care for CVT transmissions but this CVT mated to the 2.5 liter engine is surprisingly quick in city driving. On the highway it accelerates and cruises effortlessly. Surprising for a non turbo, non hybrid 4 cylinder gasoline engine. Approximately 25 mpg around town and 37 Hwy. Fit and finish are excellent on my Legacy both interior and exterior. 4 years later the cabin remains quiet with no squeaks or rattles. The ride is smooth and luxuriously comfortable. It absorbs road imperfections nicely. Seats are comfortable with plenty of legroom front and rear. Plenty of Eyesight safety features but without the annoying auto stop/start and ACTIVE lane keep assist (these 2 features were added after 2018). The infotainment system is not perfect but overall well designed - My one criticism is that the voice recognition feature is mediocre. In summary, a very, very nice well made 4 door sedan.

All of the dealers would not schedule service for my vehicle due to liability contingent upon the age of the vehicle. However, Tasca Chevy has compiled some fine technicians, and those more than capable in diagnosing early model vehicles. Had a 2016 forrester major problems - NOT purchased at anchor or serviced by them. I saw the WRX w the automatic transmission on their website. Hard to find car. Did my homework for months on the car I wanted. Went to anchor and drove it home that day. Smoothest deal ever; the whole crew their is a great team. Having issues w my prev car I needed to make sure their mechanics and service were on par. The sales rep took me in the service area looks like an Operating Room. Mechanics have been there many years and they have one of the top 10 Subaru mechanics in the USA. Can’t beat that. Financing and “the deal” didn’t feel like it was me against them more of a sit down and let’s get a win win situation here. That’s what it was. I’m a noobie to Anchor - they are top shelf in my book. 5 stars from me.

Very unique vehicle, 4-door, truck bed, AWD, lots of fun, sunroof, tow pkg, very clean lightly used only 75,000 miles, there's a lot of life left in the vehicle.

Purchased 2022 wrx automatic - only place around I could find one. Don?t love buying cars. What a different experience at Anchor. No hard sales tactics, honest and upfront, showed me around the service center as my previous forrester was a nightmare. Top shelf mechanics w years of experience. Absolutely 5 star rating.

Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

Took a used Brz automatic for a test drive and wow. I've driven heavily modified suspension/engine cars, german cars, fast fords, lexus, nissans but xxxx. The feeling you get from this car is fantastic. Handling and steering are so good from the factory it really makes up a lot for the missing ponies. Really though, it only needs a little more power. Not a turbo or supercharger. That would only blow up the price fast. Aftermarket bolt ons would liven it up. For the price its hard to beat. Sure you can not pick it's slow. Try to find this kind of steering handling outside of Porsche prices. Consider you'll have more fun below the speed limit than most and stay out of jail at the same time. Other than this, you could buy a miata

So I had the 2020 WRX and by the numbers it didn’t make sense to get the new model. I was a hater. On the test drive everything changed, if what you want is a sports sedan this really is a huge improvement over the other, it’s almost as stiff as the C8 corvette. Top marks in all departments, just make sure to take a break if you’re going to drive more than four hours.

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

At the start, I wanted the Toyota 86 over the Subaru BRZ. However, the supply for a new Toyota 86 is zero in my area, and the Toyota dealerships were not interested or able to help. Thus, this motivated me to investigate the Subaru BRZ--and I glad I did. My nearby Subaru dealership is wonderful in customer treatment, vehicle inventory, and price. The BRZ offers more for the money and will have Subaru instead of Toyota to service the Subaru engine that is used on both the 86 and BRZ models. The appearance, handling, and response are great.

I purchased a 2022 Kia K5 from Imperial and had some issues . I brought it to a Kia dealership for repairs, the car was not fixable and Kia would not honor it . Imperial bought the car back from me for full price and put me in a 2023 Kia K5 for the same price !! I cannot thank Keith, Omar, Nancy and especially Brad for their extreme kindness and consideration. I highly recommend Imperial to anyone needing a vehicle five stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a c5 Corvette coupe with low miles but I wanted something new(but I didn't want to spend 6 figures) that had relatively good gas mileage, a coupe, with great handling and fun to drive. I got all that plus with the back seat folded down there is plenty of cargo space for the 3 week road trip we are taking this summer. Thanks Romain Subaru for the great buying experience.
