I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.
Bought my car last week and made an appt with mike to go through everything about the car with me. He is amazing. Took me through every detail and helped me set every up correctly. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!

I went prepared so it made the buying experience much easier. Having said that, Mike Cintron, Francis King and Carlos Otero were friendly and efficient. Mustn’t forget Mike Anglada, I made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. LOL Francis King even helped me to drive one of my tradeins as I drove the other one to Sanford. That was very nice of him!

The sales representative was very good; there was no pressure to buy and gave me the time I needed to decide. The sales manager, of course, was a little pushy, but I felt comfortable shutting him down and worked with my sales rep. The only process was the exhausting amount of time it took for the credit application - not applying or getting approved - that took seconds. Then there was the long process of paperwork. But overall, it was a pretty good experience.
Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. Still hoping it isn't the "woman" factor. Thumbs are such
