I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
I had a pleasant experience with Stevens Creek Subaru at this purchase - the 2018 Forester - especially was being served by Roy Almeyda (the Internet Sale Person). He was kindly provided info that I asked for in a timely fashion, even when He was on his day off. Meeting Him in person was another pleasure surprise - He treated his guest with great respect. He made the test-drive so fun. He pointed out how beautiful the Color of the car that selected. He coolly explained what is the expectation and the meaning of getting the ePrice to avoid all of the hassles of bargaining. Working together with His Manager, both were so kind and hearted and have made my purchase went thru as quickly as smoothly as they could. I would like to thank you so very much to Roy Almeyda and His Manager. I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely
The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online.
I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing
The manual included was for another model (TT)
Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them

I ordered a car from Audi Burlingame based on a recommendation from my boss. Unfortunately, YMMV as my experience was no where near hers. Once the car was ordered, the communication was virtually non-existent. Emails and phone calls to the sales adviser went unanswered or returned. Eventually, out of the blue I got a call telling me when the car was being built and when it should arrive. However, I had already moved on and secured a same vehicle at a discount with more options. Needless to say I cancelled my deposit with Audi Burlingame. If the sales adviser would have been more communicative, then I more than likely would have waited for my ordered vehicle.
Amazing customer service. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
