We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. A wonderful car-buying experience! I'll definitely make the drive up there again next time we're looking. Thank you!
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
I came to Dick Hannah to trade in my vehicle and get a new car. My credit wasn't the best and I didn't think I'd have a lot of options but I wanted out of the car I had. DaNethia the saleswoman was so patient with me, going over my options and she really knew a lot about every make and model on the lot. Thanks to her I am the proud owner of a new Forester! Thanks for taking the stress out of my difficult trade in!

This car is superb in snow. I have to drive to a hospital for work and need a reliable vehicle. I have found comfort, ease of driving, and security in this SUV. I highly recommend it.
Both Mike and Kamal made the car buying experience an enjoyable breeze. They were super knowledgable, super patient, willing to go the extra mile for us and answer any and all questions. We've already been back for some follow up questions with Mike and he treated us like family. We would definitely go back and buy from them again! Thanks Mike and Kamal!

Trouble free transportation in a nice looking all around good car.
Clean oil and filters and a full tank of gas and you are good to go.
Built my 2016 Forester online. Ed Devereaux sent me a quote. Went to the dealership and was cordially greeted by Mike Krewi., four hours later I owned the exact car I wanted. No muss, no fuss. Mike was great, I highly recommend him and the whole Dick Hannah team!

From front to rear inside and out this vehicle is great for a small SUV. Ours has Eye-Sight which is a great safety tool. Add the radar cruise control, navigation and heated seats and this is a hard to beat vehicle for the price.
I've been out shopping for a new Subaru for quite some time, visited a few Subaru dealership in town. Decided to go across the river and visit Dick Hannah Subaru. I found the color and the trim level I really wanted, the price was right. In just a short time I was driving back home in my new Subaru. Abdul was great, thanks.

Car met all my needs, all wheel drive, comfort, gas efficiency, safety and practicality. Nice modern features like reverse camera and blue tooth pairing. Love!
This car is nuts. I bought it about a month ago and it's an absolute thrill to drive. It's super fast and can get up and go whenever you need it to. The interior is clean, the exterior is mean. I love this car. The only problem I have with it is the stereo. It always looks for an HD version of the station you're listening to but if it's not a strong signal, it will go back and forth from HD and non-HD, resulting in a fluctuation in volume that's pretty annoying. I just listen to music on my phone instead.
THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
George mainly helped me with getting what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He suggested different options to select the desired vehicle. He also reviewd with me different payment options, and eventually I had an acceptable offer. And the other team members very helpful and very pleasant.

While it's not the most eye-catching or fun car on the road, it certainly is very practical and a great bang for the buck. Great in the snow, good on gas and very roomy inside.
This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
