Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Great dependable car. comfortable driving, the 6 speed trans is awesome(same as in the wrx) so stop talking stupid. People who don't like this doesn't know how to drive a manual. handled great in snow, and remember you are controlling this car not the computer

After a string of frustrations with one dealer I walked away and then approached Boston Volvo instead. From my first email contact, Boston Volvo’s Nelson Duarte was helpful, prompt, and communicated with me exactly how I needed to be reached throughout the process. I am limited to text and email communication throughout usual business hours. Despite the hurdles and asynchronous nature of email and text, Nelson met me where I was, answered all my questions, and provided great service. Beyond Nelson I was/am highly satisfied with my Boston Volvo experience. Within 24 hours I was able to survey Boston Volvo’s inventory online, find the car nearest my desired purchase, contact Boston Volvo with my interest, received prompt response, found answers to all my questions via email and text through the day on a Friday, arranged a purchase price, trade in, financing, and later installation of desired options and then on Saturday morning I picked up the car with a 5 year-old in tow. Ultimately I was given a better set of options in purchasing the vehicle I wanted, and I felt so much more satisfied with the terms! I was impressed with the service culture at Boston Volvo and pleased to see the staff worked together so well. I know Nelson and the sales manager were very coordinated in helping me get to a set of options that made my purchase possible. The culture of the staff was evident from my first arrival 15 min past close on a Friday when an associate interrupted his own departure for the evening to address me in the parking lot and make sure I was being helped, then notified Nelson for me who was also delaying his Friday evening departure to help me with my purchase. When I picked up the car on Saturday morning Nelson was welcoming to my 5 year old who was with me as well. While preparing the car and processing paperwork the front desk attendant was warm and hospitable to my daughter and me. My daughter loves looking at cars and we were encouraged to walk the upstairs showroom. My daughter had a blast and loved the older model Volvos on display and getting in and out of the XC40s and wagons up there as well. Admittedly though she may have enjoyed the elevator the most. The finance manager, Jose, was friendly and patient in walking me through all the details of my purchase, and in explaining, multiple times, all the nuances of the protection packages on offer. The Monday after pick up, Nelson picked up the car at my house to have one of the options installed and returned it to later that day. I am greatly satisfied with the attention to detail and service Boston Volvo provides. Many many people will be hearing about my great experience at Boston Volvo. Thank you again

This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Josh and Josh were great in the interactions I had with them, friendly and no pressure whatsoever. I felt they had some limitations on the knowledge of the recharge vehicle that they will get better at I'm sure over time since it is a new product. There was some minor confusion in finance with the loan rate, initially it was disclosed by the financer at 0.99 during our meeting, then it went up to 1.99 (0.99 was noted as a mistake initially) which is where I was told was the actual rate and was what I financed, but then the next day it was noted on the website back down to 0.99 where it still is today, so that felt a little uncomfortable. The extended warranty options were a bit confusing as there were additional aftermarket protections offered in addition to the 10 year 125,000 mile product that was purchased. If there was a 10 year product with less mileage I would have been more happy with that as I don't drive many miles, but it was not suggested. Overall delivery was efficient and comfortable. The volvo car website has great information. The volvo on call app is still very rudimentary and a work in progress. But I am very happy with my vehicle.

After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Another reputable dealership sold us a car with an oil leak in the cam box. Tim at AutoFair listened to our concerns about purchasing a used vehicle. I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.
