2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

2023 BMW X4 review
The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. I can't wait to get it. Thanks, Vinnie! Bob M. Also, I want to mention that we have been with our Service Advisor, Joanna Wolf, for many years and I can’t say enough good things about her. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. 2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

2022 Honda CR-V review
I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2017 Hyundai TUCSON review
Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2020 Lexus NX 300h review
Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.
