Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Great purchase experience. I was particularly impressed with the speed at which the whole process took. I have never purchased a car that fast before and as you know that can be of the most frustrating part of the car purchase experience, great job. I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

We have always gone to Holler Honda to care for our Hondas and have always gotten a fair estimate along with recommendations for timely repairs. We take their recommendations under consideration and if it is something we can do ourselves we buy the parts and do them at home. This visit was no exception. Holler performed the service and included a recall that was pending for quite sometime. Along with this service I had reported a nagging problem I was having with apple carplay and our Hondas. In the past I have just mentioned I was having the issue and was looking for advice but this time I needed it documented because I had reported it to hondaamerica. When I picked up my car, carplay was reported fixed by rebooting the infotainment system. At that time I was warned to always use an apple certified cable to connect carplay. Carplay worked until that evening when we went out for dinner. My phone would not connect. I repeated Holler's recommendation to reboot infotainment and I also got a new apple approved cable at the apple store. Neither solution fixed the problem. What did fix the problem was the realization that even though my phone was plugged into our honda ridgeline, it was also interacting with our other car in the driveway and would not connect with the honda. When I made an adjustment to the settings in carplay on the phone it immediately connected to the honda and now works without issue. When I reported this to Holler they agreed to give me a service credit to use in the future. We are satisfied, as usual.

This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

Up front on what to expect on out of the dealer price, No surprises ! Waiting área was decent , water and refreshments. Staff immediately offer something to drink and shows the waiting area . Nice environment , makes you Feel like family

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

I need an appraisal on a car .. Their appraisal is widely used and accepted.. I know I was made a fair offer ... Their offer put me in a good position for my trade in vehicle .. I have used them many times in the past and will do so again In The future

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.
