King Kia review
Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!
2024 Kia Niro review
I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased the 2024 Audi Q3 pre-owned and it was in showroom condition. There was an initial issue with the front passenger side door lock but it was promptly repaired under warranty at the Audi Dealer. (I did not purchase it there.) Other than that, I love the ride and handling, the engine is a powerful sucker and amazes me how fast I can jump into moving traffic especially on the Interstate. German engineering is the best and this will definitely not be my last Audi. 5 stars all the way around. My only concern is the road noise, I expected an Audi to be more quiet, but I have gotten used to it.

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

Great customer service from Paul H. He communicated promptly and with the right amount of detail, and was on-time and ready for my 2 appointments. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I got a very good price on a very low-mileage 2009 PU. Giving it a 4 overall rating because I've only had the truck a few days..

i.g. Burton Buick GMC of Glen Burnie review
Seamless Out-of-State Purchase – Highly Recommend! I recently purchased a beautifully maintained 2017 Buick LaCrosse Premium from i.g. Burton Buick GMC in Glen Burnie, MD, and the entire remote process was incredibly smooth. The car itself is in immaculate condition—it is clear the previous owner took meticulous care of it. I cannot say enough good things about Corina in Sales. She is an absolute professional—incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and her timely responses completely eliminated the stress of buying a vehicle from afar. She addressed every single inquiry with total proficiency. Jesse in Finance was equally efficient, making the out-of-state paperwork transparent and seamless. If you want top-tier, friendly customer service, I highly recommend i.g. Burton!
2023 Honda HR-V review
For: Safety, Reliability, 2.0 liter K series engine has been proven to be a long lasting, relatively low maintenance power plant devoid of direct fuel injection, turbo .. The engine is smooth and quiet unless pushed hard. The chassis is capable. The ride good for this class of vehicle, especially if fitted with improved tires such as the Michelin Defender 2. Brakes are good. Headlights decent, Cabin room is good. Knee room more than adequate in the rear seats. Overall a well thought out design. Negatives : If you drive fast this is not the vehicle for you. Fuel economy is not as good as direct injection competitors. Don’t expect to tow anything as it’s a CVT. The rumored upcoming hybrid will make this an even better vehicle.

Waldorf Ford is an amazing dealership with outstanding sales representatives who genuinely try to help you find the right vehicle. I had a great experience working with Malcolm. He was humble, professional, patient, and always focused on presenting the best options for my needs. His approach made the entire experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. I am strongly considering Waldorf Ford for my next Ford F-150 Raptor purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership experience.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Zarvo Motors review
I recently had an absolutely flawless experience at Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The dealership boasts a fantastic selection of high-quality vehicles, and it is clear that they take immense pride in the inventory they curate and the environment they provide for their guests. A huge shoutout goes to Zee, who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the initial stages of my visit. Zee took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, answering all of my questions with incredible patience and deep product knowledge. Their friendly demeanor and genuine honesty immediately put me at ease, making what is usually a stressful process feel exciting and smooth. The seamless experience continued thanks to Ali, who went above and beyond to ensure all the details of the deal came together perfectly. Ali was exceptionally professional, transparent about every step, and worked tirelessly to accommodate my needs. It is rare to find someone in automotive sales who balances efficiency with such a high level of personal care and dedication to customer satisfaction. Finally, Jason wrapped up the entire process flawlessly, handling the final steps with total expertise and clarity. He explained everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before signing a single thing. Thank you to Zee, Ali, Jason, and the whole team at Zarvo Motors for delivering a truly great car-buying experience—I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!
2018 Subaru Crosstrek review
Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

King Kia review
I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.
2026 Mazda CX-30 review
I owned a Mazda 3 Touring for 9 years, and due to an accident needed a new hatchback vehicle. Initially I was trying for a hybrid, but the hybrids made by Mazda were too big for my garage, so I tried Toyota and Honda models that would fit. Having been spoiled by my previous Mazda, my expectations were high, and all these cars were a disappointment for various reasons. And given I drive low mileage, it would have taken many years to recoup the cost of a hybrid vs whatever fuel savings they could provide. So in the end, I went back to Mazda and tried the CX30-Preferred AWD. Fell in love with it the moment I got in. For the money, it offered the most features, safety and otherwise, as standard, for a price that was truly affordable. Lots of bang for your buck. The vehicle design, construction, interior materials and organization just shout quality, excellence, reliability and safety. Mazda truly lives up to its reputation for amazing attention to detail throughout the vehicle. The unique Mazda design and AWD solidly hugs the road around curves, giving a great sense of control without feeling heavy. The car is about the same size as my Touring, on the smaller side, so it's an easy fit into the garage and small parking spaces. AND there is the crossover height and power front seat, making it easy for getting my old bones in and out of the car. I love the central display position and operation either by voice command or using buttons on my console rather than touching the screen. There is a learning curve, but once mastered, works very well on Android Auto with my phone. The only drawback is that my phone doesn't seem to charge - the dealer said that can happen with Androids. But that's a minor point for me. The cargo area is slightly narrower than in my Touring hatchback, but with the back seat down, it's comparable and more than adequate for my needs. Plus, Mazda has these wonderful soft cargo mats you can purchase that protect the back of the rear seat and the rear bumper when you are loading up. Sturdy and well made, the materials are great quality, and the mats are easy to install. And then there is the easy to use and well organized 'My Mazda" app to customize functional settings, perform all kinds of things remotely and check the status of various items about my vehicle, manage maintenance schedules, etc. I've had the car now for almost 4 weeks and have taken a couple of long road trips - and I have to say, every time I get in it, I am absolutely delighted with my choice. I feel really safe driving it, am loving the quality, ride, common-sense design and organization of the central and operational displays, AND the moonroof which was also standard. If this review sounds over the top, it's because this vehicle deserves it, believe me....it's a great vehicle for seniors like me especially. No reservations at all in recommending the Mazda CX30 AWD, Preferred.

AutoNation Toyota Leesburg review
Walked in knowing where I needed to be in in terms of price and trade, both of my numbers were aggressive but also not out of line knowing what I already knew I could do at another dealer. The doc fee and licensing fee was a bit higher than I am used to paying, but considering I walked in off the street, drove a car, and negotiated and purchased the car within a few hours it was a good experience. I had no expectations of buying a car that day, simply because I assumed they would not meet my pricing requirements. Thanks Omar!

Beyer Subaru of Alexandria review
Beyer Subaru is a top-notch dealership. My wife and I were looking to trade in a leased Crosstrek, and when we went to Beyer, Ron Samuel gave us a very fair offer on the lease and helped us find a newer used Outback. I checked with some other dealers in Alexandria area and Beyer offer was 2k more than the others for the same car. my wife and I found them straightforward and helpful, and didn’t leave us feeling like we were in a used car lot. We’ve had some negative experiences buying used cars, but not here. These guys are honest and professional, and that’s why we recommend Beyer Subaru. They will treat you right.
2019 Subaru Crosstrek review
Still learning how to use my Subaru to the best of its abilities. Always wanted one, just for the safety and how reliable they are. Love that all the buttons are lighted red makes it easier to see. The inside is spacious and comfortable. Like the old school and new school style of nobs to turn and the touchscreen. Dislike the fact I keep bumping my head on the top when I sit in the back with the gate up or is it the trunk. So far its stood up to rough streets I have to drive on in the city, so when I finally go off road it should do just fine. It's a little scratched up but still very, very pretty.

2023 BMW X1 review
New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻♀️

2024 Kia Seltos review
We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I worked with Erick Orellana Hernandez and it was a great experience. He was very nice and personable. Wasn't too pushy and did his best to answer any questions I had. He even gave me a ride to the bank since I didn't have a car. Would definitely recommend working with him!

I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

Karen Radley Acura Volkswagen review
I needed to thank Kris Jenkins, Chris Henson, Rudy Walker, and the entire staff at Karen Radley for their high standard of professionalism and customer service. The whole experience of trading in my current lease and starting up a new one was virtually pain free, and no pressure, from test drive, through to driving off the lot. Staff and service like this is why I am on my third lease renewal with this facility. I am very satisfied with the business and with the car, and would certainly recommend VW and Karen Radley, I will be back.
2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Mobin, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we connected, Mobin was the definition of professionalism—calm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What truly stood out was his commitment to making sure I understood every detail of the process. No question was too small, and he explained everything thoroughly without rushing or pressuring me. His patience and clarity made a potentially stressful decision feel smooth and manageable. Mobin genuinely prioritized my comfort and confidence throughout the purchase. His helpfulness and transparency turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. If you're looking for a trustworthy and attentive car salesman who values your peace of mind, I highly recommend working with Mobin. He sets a high bar for service and professionalism in the auto industry.

Safford Mazda SterlingReviews
Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.
2023 Mazda CX-30 review
Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. Good luck.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.
2016 FIAT 500X review
Had this car 3 years, and I’m planning to keep it longer, despite its faults. I have the 2016 500x 2ltr diesel, 4x4 auto version. All good, apart from... AC stopped working - and will be very costly to fix; and Intermittent gearbox problem - generally happens after a few hundred miles at motorway speed. Dealer doesn’t know what to do, out of warranty, and they deny there was a recall - which, if you google, is really easy to find.
