I brought my car to have the trunk switch replaced, which had failed and the only way that I could open the trunk was using with the car's remote. The switch replacement took less than an hour to perform and I'm glad that that the functionality has been successfully restored.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Got everything done in a timely manner to include a recall fix. I needed to be out of there at a certain time and they got me out well earlier than expected!

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I LOVE Mazda!!! Ashley Pingree has been our girl since 2013. We’ve owned new and have traded in for a newer CX5 each time. Ashley is very knowledgeable, very respectful and a very sweet person too! She helped us with our new 2025 Mazda CX5 and just love the Platinum Quartz Metallic color. So much richer and elegant than the white that I originally wanted. Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30 and really like the safety features that are standard features in this car. As an empty nester and retiree, the lane keep assist and lane warning are a welcome feature in this car. The lane warning and assist has an pleasant chime warning sound and the steering wheel vibrate warning the driver that he/she is deviating from the lane. With a little nudge of the steering wheel by the system get you back in your lane. Blind spot monitoring is also a great safety feature to let the driver know that a nearby car is on the nest lane, caution is suggested when changing lane. Cross traffic alert is also great, and it can even detect a person approaching the back side of your car when on reverse, of course it also detects a car approaching when reversing. The interior fit and finish is excellent, it makes the car feel and look like a luxury car without the price of a luxury car. This car is brand new, so I am still in the process of learning about the car. IMO, if you want to experience how the Mazda CX 30 is, get a test drive. You may like it or love it like I do. We had this car 2021 till 'l2025 accumulating 100k miles. FWD and 2.0l. it's super extra reliable. Never had any problems mechanically or electronically. Infotainment system is pretty sluggish tho. Takes ages to boot up and connect to the phone. Also it shuts off the minute you kill the engine. A bit annoying. Also since it was FWD the rear tended to slip a lot on wet surface. Like if you go a bit faster on a curve rear would slip. Probably AWD is a must. But if you looking for agile, dynamic car for a fraction of the cost tlwhich is really reliable this can is for you.

very good . the pm's that werte compleated were checked off and not everey box was checked off like last time . it i see a box checked off and that service was not required or compleated i will go somplace other than your location. a good pm programhave has certain guidelines to fallow. the person compleating the pm's should not check of a pm that he did not comcomplete, and checked off after completion. i hav worked with vehicle pm programe in the U,S MARINES AND U.S Army and U.S Air Force . alos for the city of chicopee for 30 years. it was unacceptable and quite shocking when i picked up my truck to find all pm check boxed checked . this was not my last pm with you but the one befor. ,

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

I had a issue with may keep machines Metro and spoke with Jayson..he was very professional and helpful...made things very easy...after my car was looked at I had the pleasure of dealing with Orlando...he was so helpful as also professional...he and Jayson set me up with a courtesy ride back to work and later in the day Orlando made sure the driver came and picked me up to get my car..Both of them made my life so easy.....

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

I brought my Trax about one year ago. No problems at all. Very comfortable to drive. Gas mileage is very good. I would buy another Trax again.

I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.
