I have complained but nothing was done. My suggestion is decline the car wash. The damage it does is not worth the complimentary service.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

I recently had a challenging experience with my new Audi RS7 when it unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed. I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. From the moment she answered the phone, Michele was incredibly understanding and soothing. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service I received.

I have purchased two vehicles from these classy gents. They are very professional and helpful in time of need. In the past I became I'll, in fact bed ridden for a whole month. They understood and help me. When I purchased my two vehicles, I took them to my mechanic and they examined them bumper to bumper and if there was something wrong, Tod had it repaired. Those persons who complain about their vehicles, remember these are used vehicles and HAVE THEM CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU BUY. GO TO YOUR MECHANIC LET THEM CHECK THEM OUT. Cars plus credit is a used car dealership better than most. Would buy a pair of shoes without trying them on. No you wouldn't. So be smart have your vehicle checked out by a reliable before you buy. Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.
