I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

Hi going back over fifty yrs ago, bought a used 71. Chevelle el Camino, white saddle interior, 350. Auto, with 12k. Miles on it, real pros and saw to it as a young 20. Yr old I could swing the deal....was apr 1973, and happiest kid alive driving that reliable used car....alas and alack, everybody wanted to buy car until it was stolen in Y2K.......car was a dream to drive racking up miles going to DC. I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

Recently purchased a Honda Pilot from DCH, Their salesperson, Matthew Tuchman worked with us from start to finish. Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I had read a few negative reviews on Yelp, so I proceeded with caution. However, once I arrived and was greeted by salesman Mark Checki, I knew I was going to have a great experience as a customer. This was my first time buying a car, or visiting a dealership on my own. I called the day before to inquire about a used 2017 Genesis G80, and Mark answered all of my questions about the process quickly and in an simple-to-understand manner. When I arrived, he quickly got the keys for me to take a test drive where I immediately fell in love with the car. I knew I wanted to buy it, and I’m pretty sure he knew as well. He was very familiar with the vehicle and all of its features. It may have helped that I was buying outright, but he was able to expedite the process for me. While I went to go get a cashier’s check from Chase around the corner, he was able to speak with my insurance company, get the car washed, and prepare all of the DMV paperwork for me. All I had to do was read over the agreement and sign the paperwork. Mark is a world class salesman and an incredible guy overall. He’s a seasoned veteran in the business and he made my experience completely enjoyable and exciting. I drove off the lot in my car within 2 hours and it could’ve been quicker if we didn’t hit a speed bump with Progressive. I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! Novak Motors, still a hidden gem but…. Things have changed. My first time buying a car at Novak was an unexpected pleasure. Found them online claiming a no-hassle pricing policy. So, I went in and met with a sales associate named Laura. Told her I was looking for a Santa Fe. She said ‘we have eight of them. I found one I liked and we sat down with the car fax. I asked what they could do on the price and she said ‘nothing, that’s the price’. Well, I had already done my homework. Their cars seemed to be priced all at the lower end of the Kelley Blue Book range. Fair enough I thought. I asked if I could have my mechanic look at the car and she said ‘sure and if you find anything wrong, since the car was still under warranty, it would be taken to the dealer and fixed prior to the purchase’. With that said and done I came in to buy the car a few days later. Ok, here comes Amy the finance person. I’m ready for all the usual stuff that you deal with at the dealership. But no, just a little paperwork and Amy had me out the door in about 30 minutes. So now let’s jump ahead about 5 years. Is Novak still a place to buy your car? Yes, but there are changes. Namely a man named Mike who is the sales manager. Now when I talked to a sales person they have to go to Mike. Then Mike comes to me. He’s a big guy and he’s playing that sales manager role we have all seen at dealerships. I asked him if he could do better on the price testing the waters. ‘I can come down $500’ he told me (so much for no haggle). Now I’ve already done my homework and Mike is being deceiving. The prices online were $500 lower than the sticker on the car. When I asked him about that he said ‘that they haven’t updated the stickers yet’. That was another lie. I had been in the showroom on and off for over a week and been looking at their website regularly. He also negotiated several times on what they would give me for my trade in. Telling me he was going to lose money when he sells it at auction. At the price he paid me he probably will. I’m sure in his mind he can offset the loss to corporate by claiming his sales numbers. I hope corporate isn’t that blind to his games. Now jumping ahead, I decided to buy the car and gave a deposit three days prior to month-end. Afterwards, Mike says to me that we need to close the deal by Saturday (last day of the month). I said ‘no problem assuming my credit union processes my loan, if not we can do it Monday’. With that he gave me attitude. I said Mike ‘I’ll do my best but either way I have given you a deposit and we have a signed binder’. His reply was ‘I don’t have to honor it and can pull out of the deal’. My response was ‘really Mike? What kind of dealership high pressure garbage you pulling here?’ So here are the main changes at Novak: Mike Mike Mike Seems whoever brought in Mike has made a mistake. Mike has a past history of working at car dealership such as Ford from what he told me and has brought that atmosphere into Novak. Simply put, he’s a bully and likes to throw his obvious weight around. He walks and talks the stuff that we’ve all have experienced at car dealerships. Prices of the cars are now about $1000 higher. Obviously, giving Mike room to drop the prices which clearly violates their no haggle policy. He purposely prices the stickers higher than the website and then claims he hasn’t updated his floor stock yet. Bottom line, would I go back to Novak again? Yes, I would. The cars Novak sells are clean, single-owner lease returns. Out of hundreds of lease returns, Fusion gets to selectively choose which ones to sell thru Novak. They are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. They are still within KBB but as I said because of Mike they are higher and you have to negotiate some. One of the main reasons I would still choose Novak for my next car is because of the finance staff of Amy and Frank. I hope Novak’s corporate office wakes up and gets rid of the dead weight that’s bringing them down, Mike.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

We leased a RXH and we’re fortunate to have Reda Tabriz as our salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable and always returned phone calls promptly. Buying a new car is usually stressful, however he made the process very smooth. Based on our experience I would recommend this dealership.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance.
