Norm Reeves Toyota DallasReviews
Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas review
Shelly Jackowski is an absolute shining star in the service department! I have been going to her for years, and she is the sole reason I keep coming back to this dealership. She always keeps my Camry running perfectly and consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeping me updated every step of the way. In an industry where it is hard to know who to trust, Shelly stands out as a wonderful, honest Christian woman of the highest integrity. I know I can always depend on her to never take advantage of me—she only ever recommends and schedules the work my car actually needs. When I leave my car with Shelly, I am totally at ease because I know I am in the best possible hands. She is simply the best at what she does, and the dealership is incredibly lucky to have her.

Ray Skillman Southside KiaReviews
Ray Skillman Southside Kia review
Each person went above and beyond so I could purchase a new Kia Sorento. I was unable to drive to the dealership due to a broken ankle that happened when I totaled my car. Michael, James, and Doug did everything over the phone and electronically to ensure the vehicle I wanted was secured. And, because I wasn't medically released yet, they even drove it to me, an hour each way, letting me sign the docs when they arrived. To say I appreciated everything is an understatement. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor review
I’ve never purchased a car from out of state but my experience with Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and Broderick Bennett just might be a game changer! It has been a wonderful experience and all we have done is email back and forth! For the past 15 years I have been dealing with Crown Mercedes Benz or Crown Euro Cars of Dublin on my purchases. Well, we will see what the future holds! I’m thinking change is in the air! Highly Recommend this Dealership!

Dave Sinclair Ford review
A very special Thank You to both Chad Sigsworth (Sales Associate) and Patrick Amann (Service Associate) who both assisted in the replacement of my engine. Both gentlemen were dedicated from the begining to the end of this replacement. They both stayed right on top of things and kept me well informed until the job was completed. I will always purchase any future vehicles through Dave Sinclair due to their honesty, dedication, and treatment of their customers. They have one of the best staff I ever had the pleasure of working with. Keep up the great work. Sandra Hearn

Bought a Volvo XC90 today. Our sales person Brandon Spraul was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Mat Iglehart business director was great too. The service crew who prepped our car to the nice sales person who though very busy got Brandon to help us. Great experience-you can feel the great culture there.

Drive Direct review
It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

AutoNation Toyota South AustinReviews
AutoNation Toyota South Austin review
The extended warranty person (Ralf) was rude and unprofessional. At one point he ensured me, guaranteed me, that there is a 75% chance that within 5 years, I would have a major system failure on my new truck! That was when I got up and walked out, fortunately the sales manager intervened! As a seasoned Toyota driver, with multiple Toyota purchases in the past (4th one with this one), I know now reliable Toyota?s are. Other than my experience with Ralf, I?ve had a good experience with the dealership and would return in the future, as long as I didn?t have to deal with jerks (Ralf) trying to sell me something I didn?t want!

Toyota of Bowling Green review
I came in yesterday and had an overall bad experience.... but... I talked to the service manager and came back in this morning. He was immediately very helpful and had the issues fixed in less than 30 minutes! I think I might’ve just showed up on a busy day yesterday. But overall the environment and staff are very pleasing and nice.
2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

John North Ford review
Dealership was a joy to work with and everything went smoothly. They offered a good value and good trade in.
2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I purchased a 2017 4Runner TRD OffRoad brand new. This is the second one we"ve owned the first one being a 2007. This is the best vehicle we"ve ever owned. If your looking for alot of bells and whistles this is prbly not the ride for you. If your lookin for something durable and rugged then look no further. Great off road features, smooth ride and ample storage makes it a winner. Except for having to replace the hood latch this beast has been trouble free. The halogan headlights are way outdated and I replaced them with LED. As of this review I had an appraisel of 29,000.00 with 75k mi and I paid 36,000.00 brand new. Would like to get a pickup but I don"t know if I can part with her.

Garber Randall review
Steve from sales provided a great experience for the purchase of my new vehicle. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and very communicative. This is a place I’d definitely use again, with Steve as the sales associate. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the process smooth. My purchase was done virtually, so communication was key - Steve delivered!!

AutoNation Toyota NewnanReviews
AutoNation Toyota Newnan review
We were extremely impressed with how well AutoNation of Newnan took care of us from the moment we walked in. Chase Arrington was so easy to talk to from the moment we got there. After asking all the right questions, he showed us multiple vehicles that met our needs. And the finance department looked at option after option to find what worked best for us. We would absolutely return for a future car.

2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I “upgraded” from my RAV4 to the 4 Runner and absolutely love it ! It’s stylish and sporty yet comfortable and very spacious. My Rav is going strong after 12 years and I’m passing it down to the next teen driver in the family!

Post Oak Toyota review
I had a wonderful experience with Post Oak in OKC! I love my brand new car! The salesman, Usef, worked me and my fiance to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. I didn't feel haggled. I felt heard and ended up with the car of my dreams! Usef went above and beyond to get me a packaged deal I would be pleased with well into the future. Thank you again for your professionalism, patience, and business sense.
2017 Toyota 4Runner review
I have the 2017 Cement colored TRD Pro. I love everything about it except the EnTune system where the Quick Response works inconsistently like 1 out of 10 times. The dealer replaced the system but even the new replacement exhibits the same issues. Quick response text fails the same way with my Samsung and Moto android phones. The original Engine system right bank of touch keys stopped functioning soon after warranty. :-(. But it was replaced by the dealer since I had a history of complaints about the inadequate Engine Text Quick Response....it still fails to send the Quick response message 9 out of 10 times and reports a error message. Dealer tried updating SW but that didn't work Other than this we love our 2nd 4Runner. The other 4 Runner is a SR5 Sport V8 4WD. We love it as well
