After wandering numerous lots aimlessly looking at unpriced cars with no information on them, test driving "clean" cars with grinding brakes and slipping transmissions, and being told by lying salesmen that cars with mismatched panels or cracked welds have never been in a wreck, we finally found a reputable dealer. Some excellent things about Preferred Auto that are hard to find elsewhere: 1) Cars are priced on the lot. You don't have to waste time explaining to a salesman what you are or are not looking for. 2) Window stickers are on all the cars! No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

2015 Toyota Camry review
I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

2015 Toyota Camry review
I bought a used 2015 Camry SE i4 in September 2021 with 106k miles on it. As of April 2022, this is the best car ive ever owned. Now with 121k miles on the odometer. The only things ive done to it, is a few oil changes, a transmission fluid "drain-and-fill", and an installment of new tires. Very reliable in all conditions without sacrificing comfort. Looking for to putting 300k + on this car. Trademark Toyota reliability with the 2.5l 4cyl engine with the 6-speed automatic transmission.

Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband.
