Absolutely love my 2020 Toyota Camry. Wanted a mid size car with the best gas mileage and reliable transportation. Talked with a couple people that had Toyotas and they were really pleased. We live in a rural area so almost 100% of my driving is highway miles and I have gotten up to 45 mpg. Love the sleek style and all the bells and whistles on this car I'm still learning. Drives well on highway. Purchased this from Reliable Toyota in Springfield, MO. AUSTIN FOSTER was salesperson and he went above and beyond our expectations. No pressure sales, very kind, and considerate young man. Had contact with him twice after the purchase. He wanted to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and if we came up with anymore questions.

I just purchased (08-2022) a Lexus SC430 with 30,000 miles on it and bought it site unseen. I know that is something you should not do but after reading the Carfax which outlined the care the car has had I felt reasonably confident. I did trust what the sales person re-laid to me about the car. To my surprise the car was better than what I was expecting. It arrived highly detailed and after a 100 mile drive found it to be as presented, if not better than what Joelson Maldonado the salesman presented to me. Excellent follow up to all my inquires. I lived 400 miles away but would buy a car from this dealership again even though they are tough negotiators. But the car was priced fairly compared to others I found on the internet.

I love everything about this car. Everything is exactly as They claim the car is. Buy one you won’t be sorry. You don’t have to wait for a new one—a used one is just as good, even better.

I wanted to buy this car when I was in China. I bought a second-hand car in The IDEAL AUTO. Except for the ugly center console, the car's power and ride comfort are all right.

Otto got me a great deal and finance loan that will work with me! I may not got the brand new vehicle like I want 😕 But I purchase a use one just as good as a new vehicle with my fair credit 🤷‍♀️😇👼🏾

He explained everything about the vehicle that I didn’t see at other Mercedes dealers that I had test driven at. Not pushy, or aggressive selling but confident and gave us our space and let us make the decisions under no pressure. They gave us the time to decide and encouraged us to explore and research. I didn’t get this experience anywhere else. The buying experience was smooth and very nice and the sales person's Ray & Joe got us a good deal. This is a great place to buy a Mercedes. Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

Great experience with Zaia who handled my 2016 Acadia getting an oil change. Only small issue was asking not to wash my car at the end, but the agent/technician did anyway. Zaia apologized and asked me if I want them to wipe it down. I said Yes! When I went out to the service area I found Zaia and the agent/technician wiping it down. I was very pleased with the outcome and the car looked great! Thank you!
