i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

Great experience in purchasing my vehicle from this dealer. Staff treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door and answer all questions. Frances Estrada is the best at what she does. Very straight forward on everything. No hidden fees on pricing.
2025 Toyota Corolla review
Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Automax of OcalaReviews
Automax of Ocala review
My husband and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is our second vehicle purchased from AutoMax Ocala. Both times we had great experiences and will continue to come back for future purchases. This time we purchased our vehicle through Noah. Communication with Noah was great through the whole process. It took us a few days to seal the deal and Noah was patient with us and did not put any pressure on us and was just there if he needed him. It was one of the smoothest dealership experiences we have ever experienced. And we love our new SUV of course! Thanks AutoMax and thanks Noah!

Wonderful experience with the John Roberts team. When their internet went down they didn’t make us wait—they sent us home and delivered the next day. They cleaned and detailed my car and brought it to my house with a full tank of gas and the papers signed on the spot. They made the whole process easy and respectful. Thank you, Brandon and Dan.

The Subaru WRX is a fantastic car, underrated and not well known. So much fun!! This is my first sports car and has a Sports mode that kicks it into overdrive. Very reasonable for a sports car. My salesman, Nathan worked with me as I didn’t have much to put down. We agreed to refinance in 3 months.

*Exceptional Car Buying Experience at Beaverton Car Company* I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Beaverton Car Company, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I reached out to them, their team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I had a very specific car in mind: a 2022 White VW Atlas SEL R-Line with black interior. Finding this particular model and color was quite challenging, but the staff at Beaverton Car Company went above and beyond to meet my needs. They diligently searched their inventory and network, providing regular updates and reassurance throughout the process. What impressed me most was their commitment to transparency and honesty. Shelly Jackowski is an absolute shining star in the service department! I have been going to her for years, and she is the sole reason I keep coming back to this dealership. She always keeps my Camry running perfectly and consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeping me updated every step of the way. In an industry where it is hard to know who to trust, Shelly stands out as a wonderful, honest Christian woman of the highest integrity. I know I can always depend on her to never take advantage of me—she only ever recommends and schedules the work my car actually needs. When I leave my car with Shelly, I am totally at ease because I know I am in the best possible hands. She is simply the best at what she does, and the dealership is incredibly lucky to have her.

Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota review
I bought a used Tacoma and got excellent care from Scott Wehr. He was patient with me as I wanted to walk slowly in this process. He understood me and reached out the appropriate amount of times as he made me aware of available inventory.
