Brought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 in for routine service. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM and I was in the service line just a few minutes and met by a service advisor. He was very pleasant and professional and explained to me what items would be checked on my car. He listened and answered a couple of questions that I had. He then walked me to the waiting area where I could get a free cup of black coffee. He checked on me several times during my wait.

Second time buying at the dealership. I purchased a 2006 Camry XSE. At first I tried to buy a SE but realized it didn’t have the features I was looking for. The MSRP of the XSE was out of my budget but the manager worked to get me to a reasonable price. He also was able to match the rate I was approved for. I was very happy with the service. Ask for Mills if you go, he was the salesperson who assisted me.

LeadCar Toyota HazletonReviews
LeadCar Toyota Hazleton review
Just purchased a new Highlander here and we cannot say enough about Jeff in Sales and the entire Leadcar staff we dealt with during the process!! We have bought a number of cars over the years, with some really great experiences, but this one topped them all. From the day I called and spoke with Jeff about buying a new Highlander, until 2 days later when we drove out the door, we were treated so well. Jeff was very knowledgeable & patient while answering our questions, allowed us all the time we needed to check out the vehicle & pick his brain, and was honest about everything. When we began to discuss costs, there was no shell game and he was upfront about all that we asked about. There were no hidden costs, he explained how the process would work, was fair with our trade and did all he could to be sure we were satisfied before we signed the bottom line. When we went to pick up the car the finance manager was just as professional and explained each and every page we were signing. Jeff patiently spent a great deal of time with us explaining all of the electronics and settings to ensure we were confident in how everything worked. He also provided his number so we could reach out with any questions after we drove it for a few days. Before calling Jeff, I was dealing with a local, "big name" dealer close to my home who was not nearly as customer focused as the folks at LeadCar. There is something to be said about dealing with a small-town dealer with honest salespeople. Many thanks to Jeff and the team for making this experience such a pleasure!

From sales associate to the finance representative, they were all great, helpful and easy to work with. They provided all the information needed and also helped get a better deal all the way. I appreciate the way Bernie handled the sale and provided all the info i requested from the car. After that I moved on to Meagan. Here i have to give a special appreciation to the work she did for me and the way she helped me to find a better deal and also leaving the dealer with a great car protection. If you guys are looking to buy a new car this is the place to go. Just know what car you want and once you are heading to the dealer, just know you'll be treated greatly

I bought a 2027 Land Cruiser through Erica Smith at Toyota of Santa Barbara. It was a very smooth experience. She was extremely responsive via text, phone, and email. I really liked that she actually remembered everything we discussed - no need to go over things multiple times. It made the process very easy. Thanks, Erica and Toyota of Santa Barbara.

Even though the visit was for a recall issue, after a couple of hours they tell me they do not have the part. Tried to sell me windshield wipers (don't need). Another sales person was sent by the manager to talk to me about buying a new car. Pushy.
