Mike Thornton and Stan Wartzman were great in the showroom as well as Andy MacCord in F&I. Dan Reddish (and the Silver Team techs!!) in service is an honest, sincere, knowledgable tech I actually trust.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Syed was awesome. Very professional and efficient. Got a preowned Tesla which are hard to find. Super clean. Runs great. There was only one key but they brought the second key in the next day. Highly recommended!
I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and when I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going back to do business with them again. I cannot reiterate enough how fortunate I feel having found this place.

This review is in reference to their service center. I'm not really sure how I feel about the service center. I can say that their staff Crystal is really polite and professional, however, this location is not forward thinking or considerate of time. I had an appointment in the morning and it was light freezing rain and on and off snow, a very light coating. Instead of receiving a courteous call saying that they would not be able to service the car due to the weather, they had me drive in and go through their entire check-in process just to tell me that they could only do a visual inspection. They could have simply called and said this instead of having me drive to the location just to tell me that or provided a warning when I made the appointment. I can understand not wanting to test drive the car in freezing rain, however, I've had my previous vehicle serviced at other locations and would always receive a call the day before or on that day if they could not service the car. So if you are taking your car to Heritage Toyota Catonsville service center and the weather (rain, snow, sleet, fog) permits them from working on your car or test driving the car, it would be best for you to call them before you drive their and go through their check-in process just to be told they cant work on the vehicle .
I would like to thank venessa walker on the great service she provided. I went into trade my old vehicle in for a new 2019 Altima and she made the whole experience quick and easy for me and my daughter. Thanks once again -Devin
After researching the vehicle we wanted and prices for weeks (& sending out information out to various dealerships), we visited a dealership closer to us that had the exact Explorer we wanted. We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back!
