Frank was our go between with mechcanic. Dud great job answer question and putting notes down for service being done. Pricing is consistent with dealerships. My only complaint is time spent waiting. They need to schedule fewer people in each time slot to finish a job a get you out the door in under 2 hours......

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! Amazing experience at Kia of Cape Coral. We had been to two other Kia dealerships before we found Mark Lima at Kia of Cape Coral.He was very fair and when I spoke with him over the phone and made an agreement on price, he was the first to actually honor the price exactly when we got to the dealership. Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.

I have a stock Corolla 2021 LE with 85000 miles on it. As ridiculous as it may sound, I thought it was a good idea to put it through its paces at Road Atlanta (in the rain as well). For an economic 4-door sedan the car is very fun to drive. It dances a little but it’s still forgiving when it’s warmed up. This car is perfect for safety and fun all in one. You’d have to really try to spin out or crash in this thing…..I have tried (not joking) and I’m not sure if it’s possible unless it’s icy and you’re going 80 miles an hour. As for normal driving, gas is great and reliability is what you expect for a Corolla, no maintenance cost except for a new battery after 4 years in a hot environment.
