Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

Very happy with our new car purchase at Smithtown Toyota. Our salesperson was Trisha and she managed us through the smoothest transaction we've ever experienced. We had a question or two after the purchase, and Trisha got back to us right away. Thank you Trisha and to the entire team at Smithtown Toyota!

Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. We are new to the new technologies in our truck and she explained everything and even set up everything for us. Thank you Valentina and Hillside Toyota.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the service you provided, the great price you offered, and I just love my "used" Prius. Even though you are over four hours away from where I live and three states away, I would definitely come back again to Penn Toyota to purchase another vehicle! Your service is impeccable, your attention to detail and the overall great experience I had with your dealership was fantastic. Luis, my, salesman, was wonderful, kind and considerate. Thank You for being wonderful and honest dealership!!!

Westchester Toyota review
We needed a new car quickly ahead of some travel after having my previous car totaled by a careless driver. Westchester Toyota and Johnny Hernandez were terrific, finding us the Rav4 plug-in hybrid we wanted at another dealer and going to get it to meet our time frame. Johnny then got in the phone with me the next evening at 9 pm to show me how to set up a feature that hadn't been working. There were the usual expected car dealer price negotiation games, but the result was fair and the service terrific.

Island Toyota review
Reliable, trustworthy seamless buying experience. I had just gone through 3 terrible car shopping experiences with dealerships that employ the bait and switch tactic, were generally dishonest, and tried to push inventory that I had no interest in. Island Toyota was the polar opposite experience. No xx, no trickery, just straight shooters who made the buying experience enjoyable and trustworthy. The staff was incredibly professional. Thank you to Vincent Caravella and Trudi Hinds for helping my family find our car. This is the second site I visited to write a review because they deserve it.

I had an outstanding experience at Toyota City! From the moment I started browsing online to walking through the dealership doors, everything was seamless. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and had the pleasure of working with Afzal Siraj, who was an excellent sales professional—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping me find the right vehicle. A special shout-out to Joseph Croce, who took the time to walk me through every detail of my pre-owned 4Runner. His thorough explanation and attention to detail made me feel even more confident in my purchase. Also, a big thank you to David Pena, who went over all the documents with a clear and thorough explanation before signing, ensuring everything was transparent and easy to understand. The entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and provides a hassle-free experience, Toyota City is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Kevin Macrae was really helpful in finding me a car that would be most suitable for me and my needs as a stay at home mom. His down to earth demeanor made the whole process feel relaxed and easy going. He hooked me up with a Black Toyota Rav4 that is in great condition, checks all the boxes for me, and I love it! If I ever need another car, he's my new go-to sales guy. I definitely recommend him. Thank you, Kevin!

Excellent experience again! Everyone in service was great, especially Monte Harris! He kept me informed of the status of my Porsche starting with the recall service and then inspection for the extended warranty that I purchased. They also corrected an SOS communication issue at no charge!

I typically don't write reviews but I thought this was a good occasion to write one. George Mankarious helped my girlfriends son lease a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. The experience was nice and easy and very professional and took the stress out of such a transaction. The rest of the staff including Micheal and Ozzie were equally impressive and made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family knowing they are in good hands
