Central Florida ToyotaReviews
Central Florida Toyota review
Ozzy Seyal, now that's a customer service representative. Kind, courteous, pays attention, handles his customer as if they're taking care of family. My husband was very impressed with him, upselling, and he talked my husband into a very good deal. My husband is very happy about the upgrade. Hold on to him and if possible, give him a well-deserved raise, a some type of bonus and recognition. I'm a recruiter, 23 years, and I look for people with this distinctive quality of customer service, which is very hard to find. Take care of your people. You cannot put enough emphasis on dependability and reliability. OZZY, you keep it up. You're truly genuine.
2019 Toyota Highlander review
Best reliable car around Toyota Highlander 2019. Great all road trips. Spaces and plenty of room for everyone. Bars inside seat for car seats to connect to keep baby safe. I have bought 3 Highlanders and loved everyone.

Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee review
This was our first time purchasing a vehicle (EV) online, and across state boarders. Ultimately the process went well and our sales person, Tonia, was great to work with. We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles. Overall, a good experience with Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee.
2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Absolutely worth the drive — five stars! I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Joan and Raphael were fantastic from start to finish. I found my 2021 Ford Expedition online and started working with Joan via text which was super convenient and quick. I decided to make the two-hour drive, and it was 100% worth it! Joan had all my paperwork ready in the system, so after a smooth and friendly test drive with Raphael, we went straight into financing with no delays. I was back on the road and home before dinner in my beautiful new SUV. Great people, seamless process, and an all-around excellent experience!!!

I came in for service to my 2022 4runner, met George Bonafede and began talking about the new 2025 4runner, he showed me the numbers where I could trade my 2022 and get a 2025 for less than I was paying for my 2022, I went for it, George was polite, professional and I never felt pressured, in the end I go a new 2025 4runner and the transition was made easy by Mr Patdo in financing, Mr Bonafede and Pardo gets a thumbs up for a great job.👍

I recently brought my 2021 Chevy Suburban in for service and had an outstanding experience with your team. While I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about the $4,000 repair bill, the level of service I received from Joe and your service department made all the difference. I've had less than stellar experiences here in the past, but it's clear you've made significant improvements with your staff and processes. Joe was professional, communicative, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much more manageable. The changes you've implemented are noticeable and appreciated. This is now the kind of service experience that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for investing in your team and your service department.

Had a great experience!! Negotiated on Saturday on the phone with Metin, he opened up on Sunday to let me test drive and then finalize a deal, since he knew I was coming up from Miami. Would definitely recommend and go back.
