Yesterday I was involved with two different dealerships and two different states . The service department in Florida was absolutely terrible. I thought communication was a lot better between the two dealerships. With an hours notice, the car was ready when we arrived, OTD price was ready with no hidden costs and every conversation felt genuine and natural.
