Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. This really stood out after my experience at the dealership I bought the car at. Shout out to Cedric Singleton who took great care of me.

Great experience all around. Inquired online about some vehicles and received an email and phone call quickly to review some options. Set up an appointment with Chris Rau who was very accomodating. Went in for appointment and vehicles were ready for test drives. Process to purchase the Jeep was efficient. All paperwork was clear and completed timely. Very seamless and efficient experience all around!

Group 1 Toyota Bowie review
I had a great experience at Toyota of Bowie! A.F. was my service advisor. He was courteous and made sure I was updated on the process of the repair. My vehicle needed an oil change, four tires, front end alignment, and battery. I was given an estimate and the final price was below the estimate. When I dropped my vehicle of, I was offered an Uber to my home. When the vehicle was ready for pick up, the Uber returned. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service! The service was excellent!

Mercedes-Benz of FredericksburgReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg review
My husband, Steve Willis bought his car in Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. We had a positive experience starting with the salesperson, Antoine. Whitney from Finance Department was very helpful in finalizing the sale. Roy P. Reutter, the general manager made sure that my husband and I are well taken care of especially when our car needed service. Roy backed up the warranty we bought and felt secured that our warranty will be available whenever we need it. Mike Holmes, Service Director and Red Linberick, Assistance Service Manager were excellent. My husband was always updated on the status of the care and handled the issues in a timely manner. Roy and his team are outstanding. We strongly recommend Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg to our family and friends. We give this car dealership a 10 out of 10 for the positive experience and professionalism in dealing with their customers.
