We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

The overall experience interacting with all of the personnel at the dealer was amazing, will definitely continue to buy from Toyota of Riverside.

Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

I had purchased my first company truck here at Don's about a year ago in 2022 and it was definitely the easiest car purchase I've ever made from any dealership. That vehicle(2017 Silverado) was purchased for my business since purchasing a new truck was out of the question with all the dealerships mark ups. That first vehicle has been my work horse and thankfully it has performed as they said, no issues. When it came time to purchase another truck, I didn't think twice about visiting Don's before any other dealer since they handle good used quality trucks. I was able to get a great deal on a 2018 Silverado. Travis was so up front and transparent about the price and where the vehicle came from. There was a small concern with the vehicle's battery age, but he did not hesitate to swap out and make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again for the amazing service Travis. Luxurious is how I would describe this car! Smooth ride, efficient and a great looking vehicle! It has plenty of room and pretty cool features as well. I live this car and highly recommend it!

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

Good experience worked me and gave me a ride home and back. Nice waiting area and very pleasant drivers to take me home and back. The truck was left clean and even opened the door for me.

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

I just got toyota camry hybrid Le today. Yesterday I can’t sign on purchase agreement through the web to E-sign because I have no idea how can I sign on it.Tommy who is work with toyota of corona for helping me more then 30 mins over the phone but I can’t do it. He came to near my home last night and helping me to sign on E sign. Finally I did it and get a New Toyota Camry Hybrid 2026 Le. Without Tommy ‘s helping I can’t get a new car today. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.
