This past weekend, I helped a close friend of mine purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE Eco from Simon Dharmawan, one of the internet sales managers. My first impression of the dealership was that it was extremely well-maintained, with many offices for the finance managers to expedite the sales process for multiple customers. There is also a child-friendly entertainment area, as well as a stellar coffee machine with tons of touchscreen options. Simon was by far the lowest-pressure and most accomodating salesperson I have encountered in the car business (having worked in the industry for 2 years), and had great patience despite my cutthroat questions and desire to establish total transparency. My advice to prospective buyers would be to come in with your research in hand, ask for Simon, and prepare to fire away with questions until you're completely satisfied with making a decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the negiotations and would come again just to have fun.

I had a good experience here. I was helped by Daniel and ultimately closed the sale with Basir. This was my first brand new car purchase but certainly not my first time dealing with dealership sales and transactions. This is also my first time purchasing a Lexus or Toyota in general so I look forward to a hopefully positive experience once I bring my vehicle for its services too.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Based on reviews, I decided to try Fast Trax. At Fast Trax they treat you as an individual and make you feel at home. No, the office is not all jazzy-but it's comfortable, cozy, clean and professional-just the way I like it. Hani is a wonderful man as well as very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very hard trying to get me a good interest rate as well as working with different numbers scenario's to get me what I could afford. He was very patient and kind and answered all my questions with a cheerful attitude (and yes,I asked alot of questions!).
