Great experience and great service!

Before going in, I called the Svc. Dept. to check the wait for an oil change, Brie helped me make a same-day reservation, so there was no waiting when I arrived - very nice. Once there, Cal Wilson, svc consultant, took my car, answered my questions about a dead remote opener, and gave me a estimate of 45min-1Hr window to complete the work. I waited in a fully appointed room (PC desks, TV, free soft drink machine, nice bathrooms, plenty of seats). The only PC desk that was open happened to be the one where customers had stacked the misc keyboards and mice, and it had become very dusty. Not a big deal, so I asked for a cleaning wipe at the check-out desk, Joey was quick to just take care of it for me, which was definitely an extra courtesy, and showed he put the customer first, including their experience while waiting. I appreciated that. Phillip was the person who explained what was done that day, as well as other maintenance items that were needed or would be needed soon. No pressure to have them done that day, but he did give me specific mileage marks for getting them done. Cal met me again to deliver my car, and even honored an oil change coupon from Toyota of Cedar Park that would be good on my next oil change. The techs has put down a paper floor mat and covered the seat with a disposable cover to keep it from getting dirty. I was out the door in less than an hour. This is why I have only serviced my Toyota Avalon where I bought it - Charles Maund on Hwy 183. p.s. I accidentally left my laptop behind, and when I called, the staff had already found it and secured it in their safe. Thank you to an excellent and professional team!!
