I also liked that Mike seemed like a real person instead of the stereotypical car salesperson only out to get your money. Mike seemed more concerned that I purchase a quality care that worked for me. Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

The gas mileage that we get on this nearly exceeds our previous hybrid sedan from 10 years ago. The safety features and overall ride make this an excellent choice for families. The 3rd row can be a little cramped for adults, but would be fine for kids. This went to replace an older Grand Cherokee, and for relatively the same size, it's much more loaded.
