McGrath Acura of Libertyville review
I'm usually not someone who writes reviews but felt the need to since I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and great energy from the entire team. The vibe at this dealership was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. I worked with Alec Olney, and he was outstanding to say the least - extremely professional, personable, and clearly very experienced. He had answers to every question I asked and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, just supported. Overall, a truly great car-buying experience. I highly recommend both the dealership and the team if you're looking for a smooth, enjoyable process.

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. Lombard Toyota is the place to go and Wesley is the guy to ask for.

I am almost 60 years old and have only purchased used vehicles in my lifetime. My experience with 'TOYOTA' BOB PEARSON is without a doubt the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I've ever had. He was delightful and exceedingly well informed. I will DEFINITELY recommend him to others (already pushing my daughter to get a RAV 4 from him). Do yourself a favor, visit this dealership and ask for BOB PEARSON!

Castle Hyundai Oak lawnReviews
Castle Hyundai Oak lawn review
I just purchased a car from Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the team showed true professionalism, care, and integrity—qualities that can be hard to come by in the car-buying world. Now I truly understand what they mean when they say “Drive Happy!” Jim (Sales Manager), Nick (Sales Consultant), Brennan (Internet Representative), and John (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. They were transparent, never pushy, and always willing to answer my (many!) questions with patience and honesty. It was clear that they genuinely cared—about the car, the deal, and most importantly, about me as a customer. They didn’t just meet expectations - they exceeded them. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. These are good people who take pride in doing right by others. Thank you to everyone at Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn—you didn’t just help me get a great car, you made the whole experience one to remember. You went the extra mile (pun absolutely intended) and because of you, I now Drive Happy!

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

Did what was promised. Took time to find out the answer to my question about their 3-year car maintenance plan.

I had a great experience buying my car today! Reese was amazing to work with and really knows what he’s doing. He helped me find a nice, reliable car that I’m very happy with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. You can tell. I definitely recommend asking for Reese if you’re looking for a car!

I thoroughly enjoy being able to walk into a car dealership to just look around and sit in vehicles, without being chased around the parking lot by a salesman! That is Carmax. You can go in, walk right out to the cars and browse, and all of them are open, have stickers with pricing and details, and you can get a feel for them without being bothered; no hassle, no haggling. I have purchased one car though them and was happy with the test drive, the buying process and the car has been great. Thanks Carmax!

Jeremy Wright went above and beyond for us. He helped us find the right car and right price. When you go there ask for Jeremy Wright. Tell them Aaron Haskin and Angie Butler sent you. The car is amazing.
