The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

It's a clean car and roomy enough for extra gear as my son is taking it to his first job on the east coast. Gas mileage was an amazing 50 mpg on our drive home. So far, so good!

I visited several dealerships looking for a very specific car with certain features, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. At one point, another dealership even tried to sell me a lower model for more than the higher model I actually wanted. When I went to Ventura Toyota, Eddie was able to quickly locate the exact car I had been searching for. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Eddie was also very patient with my elderly grandfather, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made everything simple and stress-free. One of the best parts was that there were no outrageous markups on the car like I saw at other dealerships. When the car arrived we did a test drive and he went over so many thing about the car, he stayed until closing to help me finish the paperwork, set up my phone, and walk me through all the tech features. The next day he even checked in to make sure everything was going well and reminded me I could contact him anytime if I needed help. Eddie truly went above and beyond, and it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. When it’s time for my next car, I will absolutely be coming back to Ventura Toyota and asking for Eddie.
2021 Toyota Prius Prime review
Save gas, great size for my commute needed. The interior is great and comfortable seats. The screen is big and there are 2 usb charges for back passengers.
