Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 LE for sale near me

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

This past Saturday, my husband and I had a wonderful experience at Drive Direct, specifically with Eman Qadir who helped us every step of the way. We were not pressured into anything, Eman answered every question we had prior to us even getting to the dealership, he ensured the vehicle we purchased was clean and ready to go before all our paperwork was signed, and this was the most quick, efficient, and pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. He gave us all our warranty options without being pushy, and helped us work out the best deal while staying within our budget. If youre in the market for a vehicle, do not hesitate to call and ask for Eman! We cannot recommend him specifically, and Drive Direct, enough!

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.
